I had a very frustrating experience with OnCloudAPI.
Before purchasing, I specifically confirmed with their team that I would be able to send personalized WhatsApp messages using variables (such as including the recipient’s name in the message). They clearly assured me that this feature is supported.
I also requested a trial to test the system before committing, but they declined and asked me to pay first. Trusting their confirmation, I proceeded with the payment.
After purchase, I created the templates exactly as instructed by their team. The template was approved after 24 hours, but the personalization (name variable) did not work. For the past two weeks, I’ve been in continuous contact with their support, and each time they suggested changes to the template, claiming the issue was on my side.
Despite following all their guidance, the issue was never resolved. Now they are stating that Meta policy does not allow variables in marketing messages, which directly contradicts their initial assurance — and also contradicts my experience with other platforms where personalization works.
This shows a clear lack of transparency and proper knowledge before selling the service. Additionally, no refund has been provided despite the feature not working as promised.

Weak technical support
No resolution after multiple follow-ups
I would not recommend this platform, especially if you depend on accurate feature claims and reliable support.
