I am beyond disgusted with the transportation service provided by One Call Care.
I was left outside, standing and waiting for OVER AN HOUR after surgery, in pain and physically uncomfortable, while your company repeatedly lied to me over the phone.
I received FOUR different calls telling me the driver would arrive “in 2 minutes.” Every single call said the exact same thing. None of it was true.
Making a post-surgery patient stand outside waiting for over an hour is not just incompetent — it is cruel, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.
Your company showed absolutely no respect for my condition, my time, or my health. The communication was dishonest, the coordination was a disaster, and the entire experience was humiliating.
No patient recovering from surgery should ever be treated this way.
I will be sharing this experience publicly on review platforms and with anyone involved in my medical case because people deserve to know exactly how unreliable and irresponsible your service is.
WARNING TO OTHERS: DO NOT USE ONE CALL CARE. If you depend on this company for transportation after a medical procedure, expect delays, misinformation, and complete disregard for your wellbeing.
This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.
