The support, advice and level of care I received from them, I could not fault. I was always updated about the process and what would happen next. I’m a first time buyer so I had no clue what I needed to do and when I needed to do it but Andrew advised me all the way. Dave had worked hard to get me the best mortgage deal he could so that I could afford my home that I am now sat in writing this review. And if that wasn’t enough, It’s difficult going through the whole process on my own but I didn’t feel alone with Dave and Andrew by my side.

There were some communication issues with the estate agent and legal service but Andrew dealt with this immediately.

When either Dave or Andrew went on leave, I was informed, ahead of time, contact information of someone else should I need to get in touch. I was never left without someone to get hold of should I need a question answering or an update on the process/progress.

I am a visual learner so seeing the progress of my application on the onedome service account you get access to, was really helpful!

I highly recommend using this service! It was all in one place, so you only have the one point of communication which is so helpful when the whole thing could become overwhelming having to deal with every single agency by yourself! Atleast this way, it wasn’t daunting after all!

As a nervous first time seller OneDome and Andrew Bilby, in particular, were professional, timely and patient.

Andrew is a legend in pushing forward in our sales progression. Our purchase could have been fall through but Andrew has been chasing with all of the parties to make it happen. As a first time buyer and not really having a clue how the process of buying a house works, (and when I say this was a difficult property from the get go I mean it), having both our legal and mortgage advise offered under one service was extremely helpful.

Our mortgage process was pretty smooth running however I think personally that perhaps phone calls would’ve been more sufficient in understand requirements as email communication did slow the process down a little (this could also have been more efficient on my behalf) I would also like to thank Dave for jumping in whilst my mortgage adviser was away and being so responsive at dealing with our mortgage lender over a slight issue towards the final stages of our purchase which allowed our sale to continue quickly!

I cannot begin to recommend Andrew enough for being the intermediary go to for any of our issues, enquiries and concerns throughout. Andrew never failed to chase everyone and anyone, feed back detailed information and updates and provide an A* service. Despite working with extremely difficult 3rd parties, his continuous involvement has helped us to complete on a house sale that we had almost given up on.

As an overall experience, OneDome have been transparent, easy to deal with and extremely helpful. My only recommendation would be to receive more direct communication ie phone calls from the solicitors and mortgage advisors as I feel this could encourage quicker resolutions to some difficult issues.

I didn't have a good start to my application with the bank but Andrew had my hand all the way, took all the anger out on him but still stood beside me. thank you Andrew your are the best! Dave worked hardest to secure my mortgage, overall so happy with the service!!!! i got the house i wanted thanks to them!!!!

I whole heartedly recommend this company. I'm a residential landlord with several properties and when a tenant recently gave notice, due to a recent bereavement, it wasn't a great time for me to start trying to navigate the sales process; dealing with estate agents / potential buyers, especially as the property in question was 35+ miles away from where I lived. Luckily I found OneDome and used their instant offer service, I'm so glad I did - it really eased some of the potential stress I would have gone through trying to sell the house when the tenants had left. I needed it dealt with quickly and One Dome certainly facilitated that. For me, it was the perfect way to sell the property quickly, with little hassle and I really appreciated dealing with professional buyers who were ready and willing to move quickly (definitely quicker than my solicitor could move!). it was a relief to know that the property would not be potentially left empty for months, with bills escalating such as council tax, utilities and a higher premium insurance policy, due to the amount of days the house could have been empty, while a sale 'hopefully' went through first time. One Dome and specifically Andrew Bilby was always there to help, so professional and attentive, happy to give advice and reassurance whenever I had any queries / issues. He really helped calm my nerves, especially as it was the first time I had gone through a process of selling to a cash buyer. If / when another of my properties becomes empty - I won't hesitate in contacting OneDome / Andrew Bilby first – truly excellent service, thank you all so much.

Really can't fault them. Andrew was persistent and on the ball with ensuring things were running smoothly. The sale of our house had fell through 3 times and on our third we had put an offer down on a house we fell in love with. One Dome got us in touch with a cash buyer and in under a month we have now completed and are moving in.

We couldn't see the house for any less than the offer given to us and Andrew made sure the cash buyers knew this and they honoured the offered price even after a surveyor low balled out house (madness).

I have an excellent experiance with OneDome. I have used OneDome's financial service. Shapla Begum your broker and Andrew Bilby her college helped you with your mortgage, They gave me a good rate of mortgage. And I was pushed to use estate agents recommended solicitors and it was a big mistake. After many months of delays by the solicitor, just prior to the agreed completion date, the agents solicitors decided to close down your file, without reasons supplied. Shapla and Andrew helped you find a new solicitor who was able to help you and save your property purchase from falling through. Andrew and Shapla was friendly, hard working, always available and helpful and always given you practical, great advice throughout the whole process, to which at times was beyond stressful. But Andrew and Shapla always made things better with there actions and swift work. I really appreciate what they have done. If I buy properties in the future, I will definitely use OneDome again. Highly recommended!

The Find and Agent service is a great and innovative process of securing quality instructions. The fact that each client has been vetted and spoken to first , thereby ensuring they are serious is a great advantage over some other portals "throw it and see if it sticks " methods .
