OneDome were fantastic, we had to change solicitors twice during our purchase and OneDome were quick and efficient getting the updated mortgage offers arranged. The 2nd time, the solicitor closed after already having received the funds from the bank, OneDome dealt with all that, phoning round solicitor and bank continually until the issue was resolved, saving me a lot of worry and hassle.

Could have gone wrong very quickly

They were efficient and friendly and very helpful. As this was my first property purchase their advice made all the difference. I would recommend this company.

We used One Dome's home buyer service, and sourcing our mortgage was handled by Dave Hughes, honestly there are no words that can express our thanks, all we can say is he is an absolute hero, he has gone above and beyond to make our dream come true, we wanted to make a difference for our three daughters of which one of them is disabled, and the fact that this was our chance of a new lifestyle, Dave knew how important this opportunity was to us, and has never wavered, where some would have given up, he wouldn't, even though it has been a hard fought process, all we can say he is an absolute credit to his profession and One Dome, and be forever in his debt. We would also like to thank Andrew Bilby as well, who again has been an absolute star, making sure solicitors from all sides have been kept on the right track, and not allowing them to waver.

Terrifyingly bad - please read.

I am actually consulting property lawyers against this company.

Listed a scam property on OneDome, who eventually contact me and pressured me into putting money down for their property. I am slightly in desperate times for a place soon, and because of that i was seconds away from putting money down.

I got sense that they were fake when they were pushing me too hard for money today and was making me nervous. Whenever that happens i naturally pull away and wanted to cancel everything. After looking properly, the website link was NOT from AirBnB as they stated, was a fake and honestly a fantastic and legit looking replica of AirBnB. Im not easily fooled but that was done to perfection. My first inkling was the the logo was larger than usual. Then the links didnt work.

Then i opened AirBnB seperately and noticed it wasnt listed. Now i knew it was fake. Axis Lettings??? Cannot find anything legit to do with that. So they accepted a fake letting, costing me to send through all of my information to scammers, i cannot get this back.

I will be consulting several law firms to formulate a lawsuit against them. Was a shocking experience. For a place I trusted had legit properties, please stay away and dont do what i just did. I could have lost £1,700 one day solely on the fact that I trusted OneDome.

I signed up for onedome's service from a Google advert. I had had some difficulty sorting out my mortgage prior to then. I was introduced to Shapla as my mortgage advisor and she has done an excellent job. Patiently navigating with me through the process and also through the incredibly difficult hunt for a property. I can't rate her service enough. Well worth it and I will be using their services for future transactions.

Although tough in the beginning, but I got the best deal at last regarding the lender's rate. It is absolutely an excellent five years fixed rate. The building insurance premium was very good too. I will recommend Onedome to anyone looking for mortgage broker.

So initially I came across a property being sold by OneDome and did not realise they even did mortgages. I applied else where and was told it was not possible. The good team at One Dome called me to see how I was getting on and when I told them things had slowed down they referred me to Shapla Begum - their in-house mortgage consultant/manager. Shapla was helpful, professional and knowledgeable from day 1 and very quickly helped me get an offer on my first BTL property. The fees are minimal for the work they do and I quickly went back to Shapla for more properties I was looking at. She kept in touch with me on a regular basis about any progress and made this process effortless for me. I would happily and confidently recommend her to anyone looking to get on the property ladder.
