Not trustworthy
Not trustworthy! I ordered my costume Sept. 12 ahead of the "last day" for Halloween delivery. I reached out yesterday to get an update and found out I will not receive my order by Halloween. Had I not reached out, I guess I would have never known. Now I'm fighting the procrastinators for a good costume. They are not transparent about the turnaround and have no concern about getting costumes to you on time. This is the second Chinese based costume company to do this. AVOID THEM!

I got scammed!
It has been 18 days since my order. I haven’t received an email or anything saying where my suit is at. Tracking my package on (Shop) they say they don’t even have a tracking code yet. I’ve emailed them and I haven’t heard anything. So if I could rate lower than 1star I would, thank you and never again

I would definitely shop again
All in all, good product. I would definitely shop again. Strong communication too. Pricing is a little on the higher side but the quality makes up for it.

The color of the garment is perfectly printed, just like the one shown in the picture. They also used dhl's service to transport the clothing I ordered, and shipped quickly.
