One IBC advertises Wyoming LLC formation for $199 on their website, but when you actually message them, the quote jumps to nearly $1,700.

They charge $499 just for an EIN filing (which is free from the IRS) and $199 for "KYC fees."

Don't be fooled by the low prices on their landing page; the actual costs are significantly higher.

Do your research before paying.

This company promises too much from start. They make you believe you are safe and they will take care. Then you will be badly surprised by new invoces per paper for 500usd plus. In fact they do not claim any surcharges, never inform you about upcoming expenses. They do not require any kind of a contract or SLA. They will marinate you like meat, and then ask for any paper up to 7500 usd, for pure nothing to do. Those are pure scam/fround. Never trust them, even if you had ‘good exprience’ due a past 1-2 period. They think you are trade oil, even if you have no overturns in UK. ONEIBC will never be on your side and they will do everything to leech your money, until your business die. Highly unrecommended.

Ridiculous! They promise a company in 5 days form when all kyc is provided and its been 3 weeks (almost 4!)

They are unexperient, terrible, piece of c.... company they just want your Money, inumerous mistakes....not professional or capable people, always a new excuse....we lost over 3 months to get an EIN, due to their constant mistakes in appluying for the same document....I would never ever asgain do business witrh them!!!!!

The Purcell branch is TERRIBLE.

They must spend a fortune on advertising, they pop up in multiple places on the web, they want the business but strangely don't respond to emails? i sent them emails to various email addresses and never get a response.
My impression is that they just want people to fill out an application online and pay their fee, that's it, no professional services, most likely because they are not capable.
Anyone could be forgiven for thinking these guys are scammers!

I used the services of OneIBC to set a corporation and bank account in the UAE. While the initial corporate set up was executed efficiently the rest of their service was a shambles to say the least. OneIBC have no representative in the UAE, no office and no idea on how to secure a visa. My debacle ended up with an extended stay in Dubai and no offer of refund or any type of assistance. Beware!

Becareful this is a scammers because I have got scammed by sme one introduce himself as relationship manager called "Edwin Quach" he confinced me by manipulation to make the payment for opening a Netherlands company formation and he said that he will handle everything and I have asked him from the beginning about the requirements documents he said to me just CV , and copy of the passport and proof of address and a selfie holding passport, that's what he said and confirm to me that there's no other documents required anymore, I trusted him and I made the payment through PayPal for my luck because PayPal will refund back my money later, after he gets the money he started using their manipulate and trying to make doubts about me and my information every day sending to me many messages pretending that he needs another proof of address because their team didn't find anything on Google maps, and daily BLA BLA BLA BLA.... , I have enough for this after 2 weeks I demand him to cancel and get full refund of my money because I didn't receive any service from him and I knew that he is trying to scamming me and stealing my money and my informations .

He said that he gives me a services and virtual office fee and other things that I didn't get any thing from him and didn't receive any documents just I was asking him about what's the services that this scam company provide and the costs he pretend this it is services and trying to cut an amount of money from the payment and refund back to me the rest this is stealing money I will not accept it.

I don't recommend anyone to deal with this scam company and don't believe them they will try to manipulate you to stealing your money and your identity becareful

These people should not be trusted. I've been working with then since 2018 and I had my taxation reports delayed every year.

For the last report they fraud my signature to avoid responsibility and make me the reason of the delay.

At this moment they threaten me that they wont submit my report until i pay for next.

I would advice for everybody to avoid this company.

Derek here, straight up Fraud, paid 5k, service cost 2k, they need to refund me the rest. It's been 3 months. No replies, no message, they've become a ghost. They are MUCH BETTER services out there. Don't waste your time with them.

I setup a company and requested for a bank account at the start of registeration. Later I decided that I do not want the bank account and they said leave the funds with us incase you want to register another company in the future which I was interested to do so at the time. I have decide not to continue so I contacted them to return my money. Now I am being told my money was used to close the company which I never asked them to do and that their will be further charges. Unfortunately this company runs as if it's a professional company but they have very unprofessional staff who only know how to lie good. I'm waiting for a response from them to take legal action if it it costs me 10,000s of thousands of dollars. Just for the satisfaction. Also will look to make a new review everyday until I hear something back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE WOLFS IN SHEEPS CLOTHING.

Promised to set up a Bahamas company in 10 days. It’s been already more than 20 days and all they say is that they’re waiting for the Bahamas government to reply. Why do you promise quick time if you don’t have the means to deliver??

We had the unfortunate experience of registering a company with them, for one year, then we did not want to renew the company as the business never get off the ground the following year. So we sent them instructions to shut the company down and not renew the registration. Yet despite our clear instructions they still kept the registration and keep sending threating emails demanding late payments 2 years later. They are scammers like leaches and don't seem to be able to get rid of them. Please do not use their services.

I will definitely come back for other services. I introduced them with some of my friends as well as they do a good job.
