Never Again
On Monday September 15, 2025, OneScape Outdoor Co. did some yard work for us, but was unable to complete it due to some yellow jackets in one area near a bush. We had already paid them the full amount for the entire job, so the owner said they could come back after we took care of the yellow jacket situation or he could provide a partial refund based on the work they did not complete. We took care of the yellow jackets, but every time I texted the owner, he would not respond. When I called him and left a voicemail, he would not return my calls. This went on through the holidays, and then finally, on December 30, 2025, I called and the owner answered. I explained we had taken care of the yellow jackets and that he was not returning my texts or phone calls. We finally settled on a partial refund for the uncompleted work. The owner said he would send out a check for $80 to my address the following week. I never received a check, and he is back to ignoring my texts and calls. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but he will not respond. They have tried emailing him and leaving a voicemail on his business line, but still no response even after the BBB have tried for over a month. I will not be using this business again as they seem to not want to finish the job but still want to keep all the payment for the job like they completed it. You can see my complaint on BBB website.
