I recently onboarded with One Step while launching my sober living program, Rewired Realities, and overall I've had a great experience. The onboarding was straightforward, the support team has been responsive, and the pricing is excellent compared to many other software options in the industry.
The platform has helped me organize resident information, documentation, forms, accountability, and other day-to-day operations in one place, which has been a huge benefit.
The only area I'd like to see improved is the speed at which some updates sync. For example, check-ins don't always update immediately on the backend. That said, I believe this may be related to phone or internet connectivity rather than the software itself, and it hasn't been a major issue.
Overall, I'm very happy with One Step and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, well-designed solution for managing a sober living or recovery housing program. I look forward to seeing the platform continue to grow and improve.
