This company has been a god send to me. From the tent itself and accessories to customer service. I couldn’t be happier with my ravens nest hot tent. Now all I need is a few of their goodies to fill her up 😂

Ich versuche jetzt schon seit einer Woche eine Retour anzumelden aber jedes Mal wird diese abgelehnt und ich soll nähere Beschreibungen geben.

Bestellt habe ich ein Geschirr und Halsband über die Website. Bestellverlauf war in Ordnung und es wurde schnell versandt.
Interessanterweise, wurde die Bestellung über Amazon verschickt. Dadurch verlief die Zustellung genauso schnell und gut.
Erfahrung mit Costumer Service habe ich keine gemacht.

Schön wäre es, da ich etwas verwirrt beim bestellen war, zu wissen, ob Artikel direkt von der USA importiert werden, oder sich schon im Zielland (DE) befinden.

Ordered a couple of items 3 weeks ago. Tracking says, it's not shipped yet. No answer to my emails.
Never again.

Bought a tent and it stunk on arrival , they told me to clean and air it out months later the smell still remains but they refuse to rectify (bare in mind I'm homeless and was a very large purchase for me ) furthermore I stacked up points on the website for discount code off my next purchase ($43) when I attempted to use this code it's now unable to be used have tried serval times on past few months .... Disguisting behaviour ... Will not use this company ever again ...

I ordered the homestead solo T/C tent from Onetigres's site on November 29th and it's now Decwmber 11th. I have 2 emails from Onetigres, one says that it was delivered and the other says it hasn't even shipped yet. Tracking says that FedEx in Canada hasn't even got the package yet. And for some reason I also have a tracking number for UPS, which shows there is nothing there. Getting very frustrated and hoping I can cancel this thing, feels like im out 300$

One tigris advertised this as a no pull escape proof harness. I had fitted the harness very snugly and after about 2minutes my dog got a fright,managed to reverse out of it and bolt across main roads to get home. They are not escape proof,be careful!

Not sure where to start, I've bought chairs, tables, tents, bags, quilts, the brand has it's own storage boxes in my collection of bushcraft, prepping, edc and overlanding kit. It plays a major part in my weekend adventures especially in winter. Absolutely love it and am always checking for new releases. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely fantastic company. Great communication from Levi who assisted me. He was super helpful amd the quality of the gear is fantastic.

I love the harnesses and leads especially the fire watcher dog harness 2.0 . I like that that much i have them in black/cyote brown and olive green all with matching leads and i am going to be getting the orange set .. my little dog always gets stopped in the street and i am asked where i get her harnesses from they look amazing and are extremely good quality my dog is a little morkie she is 16 lbs in weight and the xxs is a perfect fit for her i highly recommend these to anyone who needs a strong and reliable harness there amazing . I also have videos of my little dog wearing them on my youtube channel which is lee and mandy battersby

Ordered a tent on Monday morning via AliExpress, posted it on Tuesday, and arrived Saturday.. That's quick, China to UK door to door 5 days... Impressive.

I have purchased a couple of items from this company the quality of the items are fantastic especially for the price I would highly recommend.
