I have used this company since 2009. I have always had a great experience. The tour managers are excellent and the tours well planned. I have recently returned from Turkey which had been on my bucket list for years and I wasn't disappointed. Our tour manager Steven was such great fun, and when I had a small accident you couldn't have found anyone more caring and helpful. We also had a Turkish guide, Murat whose English was amazingly good. He was full of knowledge and was also a kind and caring man. When I returned home I received enquiries from Steven as to whether I was continuing to recover from my fall and also had a kind follow up from Evelyn in the office to see how I was feeling. I like the family ethos of this company. All the hotels were carefully chosen, as were the local restaurants where we were able to experience traditional Turkish cuisine. Their prices may at first glance seem expensive but the best hotels are used, comfortable transport, choice of upgrading to a business class air travel on some trips, plus included drinks on many trips all help towards a fabulous and memorable holiday. Most daily excursions are included in the itinerary but occasionally there are optional extras which are reasonably priced which give the traveller a choice as to whether they wish to participate. The whole experience from the moment the holiday is booked to any follow ups required on return, are dealt with efficiently in a polite and friendly manner by all members of staff. I cannot praise this company enough and will certainly travel with them for many years to come. Well done all at One Traveller!

Wonderful two centre holiday
Wonderful two centre holiday in northern Italy (Piedmont and Sestri Levante) was amazing, with good excursions, excellent hotels, great Tour Manager (Steven Taylor) and a very friendly and interesting group of guests. Thoroughly recommended!

Great food good company
The food was excellent as was the company. Everyone was friendly and there was always someone to talk to. The hotel was very well run and the staff were friendly and efficient but there is not much to do if the weather is poor as the hotel is on a busy road next to a petrol station and is about a 20 minute walk to shops etc. The hotel
Is just across the road from the sea but there isn’t a ‘beach’ as such so not suitable for bathing. The pools look lovely but apparently were cold as it was only the end of April and I couldn’t use the warmer one as the metal steps didn’t go far enough down and the pool was too deep to stand in.other people managed fine though. Overall I enjoyed the holiday, especially the wonderful food and the company but would have preferred the hotel to be better located

Interesting holiday with lots to see.
It was a full on tour with an interesting itinerary.
You needed to have a reasonable level of fitness. The hotels were of a good standard and the holiday offered a variety of eating places with good local food. It was nice to spend a few days at the beach after such a fast paced tour. Ali B was a very experienced tour guide and a credit to One Traveller.

A time to explore!
I just enjoyed very much this holiday and what it did offer. As much as I support the locals enterprises, perhaps there was a bit too much time spent doing that. And not enough time to relax a bit by the pools which in the considerable heat, would have been really welcomed.
But it nevertheless was great sightseeing. Thank you.

I so wanted to try this company…
I so wanted to try this company especially their deal with taxi service to Heathrow/Gatwick up to 100 miles and you pay the difference in mileage which was appealing. When I called to enquire the additional payment I would have to pay, it worked out more than if I got a taxi from home direct. I queried this and was advised that they use upmarket cars so hence the price. So sadly, to pay £450 return taxi from my home to the airport is just not worth the extra expense.
I booked with Saga who I have used with cruises and their prices included a pick up from home to the airport and return. Admittedly you will be sharing the chauffeur but at least Saga will get you to the airport and home without worry. Sorry One Traveller, your brochure is no longer needed.

At One Traveller, we use a luxury private chauffeur service with a dedicated vehicle for your own use rather than a shared transfer, which is reflected in the pricing. I think the holidays are very well…thought out
I think the holidays are very well organised, I couldn’t fault the Sri Lanka holiday I went on in March. The only thing that was annoying was the guide we had, it was very difficult to understand him, maybe someone you could understand would be better!

First Single Holiday.
My 1st time with One Traveller & also on a singles holiday, having become a widower in June 2024. The holiday was excellent all round, from organisation, tour manager, tour guides, accommodation & food. The only reason I wouldn’t use One Traveller again would be if I find a partner.

I travelled solo for the first time and…
I travelled solo for the first time and went on a wonderful adventure with One Traveller to India in March 26. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. I experienced so many places, learnt so much about India and its culture and history. I also met some great people and have kept in touch with some of them. Our tour manager Simon was exceptional and kept us entertained throughout the entire 17 days. Our guide Abhi was so generous in sharing his knowledge and wisdom and between them just added more and more to our experience of a wonderful country. The hotels we stayed in were 1st class. I’m already looking to book my next holiday with One Traveller but finding it difficult to pick one for 2027 out of the many places I want to experience. Gold star to One Traveller and their amazing team.

Everything was organised really well, tour rep kept everyone informed, regarding timings etc. Drivers who were also guides were brilliant how they managed to spot some of the animals hidden in grass and rocks.
We stayed at different lodges in different parks and were so lucky to see the big Five and so much more. Hippos fighting,elephants so close you could almost touch them, they walked around our Jeep. Lions with their kill, water buffalo chasing the lions. We were so lucky to see so much, just a shame that all the flamingos had moved away from 2 of the areas we visited.

It’s so great to hear that your holiday was well organised and that the tour manager and guides were excellent enabling you to experience so much. Seeing the Big Five is amazing in itself, but witnessing moments like hippos fighting, buffalo chasing lions, and elephants walking right around your jeep must have exhilarating. It’s a shame on this occasion the flamingos didn’t make an appearance.
It sounds like this was a trip of a lifetime.
