Have owned my OneWheel for over one year. I'm very happy with it. It takes me from one place to another. It's fast enough. No more spending money on car fuel. No more public tranportation. 25-30 km of fun commute to places.

They don t offer support in Europe even if i buyed the xr from them

For an item advertised to be “built like a tank” it’s one tank alright, a Russian tank. I bought a brand new Pint a week ago and it’s already broken! Last Friday it randomly stopped working when frankly I haven’t abused it that much. I’ve tried to contact customer support multiple times it’s been 4 days and still no response! I really really want to reccomend Onewheel to my friends, but after this situation I’m extremely disappointed! I loved my Pint and I’ve even troubleshooted the issue and know exactly what is wrong. C’mon!

Before you even think about buying one of these let me just tell you the customer service SUCKS! and these cheap battery's that they put in these boards don't even last a lifetime I own a one wheel plus XR and I will be honest it is fun until the board starts to freak out and a notification on the app says your one wheel needs Juice! pretty annoying right?? Before I had the one-wheel plus XR I also had just the one wheel plus and I wasn't getting much range on it which is why I went to the one-wheel plus XR HUGE MISTAKE!!! I don't recommend buying any one of these not even the one wheel pint because the batteries do not last and Future Motion doesn't cover anything so if something goes wrong with your board or if the battery goes bad they can replace it but they won't cover the charge of the battery or any other kinds of damage. on my one-wheel plus XR my battery was going bad so I sent it to them to have them look at it and they said that I needed a brand new XR battery pack and they wanted $489 to replace it WHAT??? Are they crazy?? Who the hell has that kind of money? this company is a scam and should be shut down later after I got my one wheel back and tried it out and the battery still was acting up what a RIP OFF I payed 489.00 for a brand new battery pack that doesn't work and for what??? NOT GOOD!!! please feel free to share this review with your friends and family YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!! Not A good company to do business with period!!

Impossible to reach. Tried consistently for 9 days to get in touch about a on hold order which instructed me to contact “customer service”. I called many times during their business hours. Sent emails which converted to tickets. Followed up on those tickets every few days with no updates. I messaged them on Facebook, no response.

Poor telephonic customer service. Rarely anyone picks up, if they do, not really helpful

I wish there was another company that can make this product, maybe even improve the process and answer the phone. I have called 10 times and they don't answer! Maybe they only hire snowflakes bit still! Answer the phone so I can cancel my order.

I absolutley love the onewheels, but customer service is beyond slow.. my onewheel had a defect and ive been waiting over 12 days for even just a reply from them..
For a 2000€ costing gadget this should be better
