Such a pleasure to deal with over email. I won the One World Shop's Fairtrade Fortnight eco-hamper competition and would have gratefully received any prize to share with family. However Rachel went out of her way to get to know me and my preferences to create a wonderful hand-picked hamper which was perfect. We recently used the One World Shop Edinburgh to click and collect some gifts and also to have other gifts delivered. We were impressed by the ease and speed of both contacts and also the selection and quality of gifts. The delivery was by bike! and shop really tries to offer sustainable products. The click and collect was safe re Covid and speedy. Highly recommend.

Great Service! Ordered very early AM and heard later that day by phone what wasn't available and delivered the following day by a lovely gentleman who delivered by bike! Absolutely amazing service and all done with cheery chats!!! So needed these days!
