I was absolutely delighted with my ethical, fairtrade Christmas shopping from the One World Shop, delivered to my door. I have beautiful and unusual decorations and practical and useful bags, socks and a wallet made from an Innertube! How's that for recycling! I love the One World Shop and always shop there for presents for family and friends, especially for Christmas. This year I had to use their online shop and I am very impressed with it. It is easy to navigate and works well. My first order arrived within a few days. Other sites I tried were clunky and slow so I put in another order to One World. Cheers, you are super.

Whenever I go to Edinburgh for a weekend, I always make a point of going here, browsing and shopping in this beautiful shop.
On my last visit, I asked for an item in a certain colour, which they actually didn't have in the shop at that time, but the staff went out of their way to help, order it in specially and (long after I had thought a friend had gone in to collect the item, but hadn't), the staff very kindly went out of their way again, to phone me and arranged for it to be delivered - thank you! Appreciated.

Beautiful products. No trouble finding and ordering what I was looking for. Have become a repeat customer and goods have always been very promptly delivered...no mean feat in a global pandemic! We all need soap - so let's have the good stuff! Glad to be able to get it (and send it on to others).

Some trouble ordering item on-line. Not an easy website to use. Also I did not receive an email confirming despatch with tracking number so I was unable to track package. I still don't know if the package (a birthday present for someone) was delivered on time.
