Binnen een paar uur nadat we gevraagd hadden om hulp was Sem aanwezig. Hij heeft grondig onderzoek gedaan, zonder zich iets aan te trekken van de tijd die dat nam. Om het werkschema enigszins te volgen heeft hij zijn werk bij ons stilgelegd met de belofte later die dag terug te komen. Dat heeft hij gedaan, het beloofde werk afgerond terwijl het een lange werkdag was geweest voor hem. Veel meer tijd besteed dan gepland, en de kosten aangehouden volgens afspraak. Heel erg tevreden over deze hardwerkende, beleefde, leuke man.

Vandaag is het bedrijf bij mijn dochter geweest. Bijna 700 euro afgerekend voor onder een plint kijken 2 lijm plankjes neergelegd iets voor interessant te lijken wat gespoten en wat staalwol in een kier gestopt.
Irritant dat dit soort bedrijven maar mensen blijven belazeren.

Ruim 3 weken geleden een behandeling thuis gehad.
Vriendelijk contact vooraf en met de medewerker bij ons thuis.
Duidelijke instructies en bij vragen over facturen moesten we bij de administratieve afdeling zijn en met vragen betreft de behandeling bij hem.

Inmiddels meerdere mails gestuurd en contact gezocht via whatsapp, zonder resultaat.

Wij hebben nog wat vragen over de behandeling en eventuele nabehandeling binnen 6 weken, maar ik denk dat we kunnen fluiten naar het contact en ons geld.

Ruim €1600 en nog geen gewenst resultaat.

Avoid this company at all costs – misleading pricing and unfair charges

I strongly warn anyone considering this company to think twice. Our experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a classic bait-and-switch.

When my girlfriend called to book a pest inspection, she was explicitly told the visit would cost €40–€50. We were assured that after the technician assessed the situation, we would receive a quote for any further work and could decide whether or not to proceed. That sounded reasonable.

What actually happened was very different. The technician did a very brief, superficial inspection, then quoted an outrageous €500 for additional work. She declined immediately. Only then were we informed that we still had to pay €70 for the inspection, plus a so-called “cancellation fee”, bringing the total to €160. None of this was ever mentioned beforehand. Not the higher inspection price. Not the cancellation fee. Nothing.

This is completely inconsistent with what was promised on the phone. If we had been told the visit could cost €160 just for saying “no,” we never would have agreed to the appointment. My girlfriend has a severe phobia of mice and was very distressed in the moment, which likely contributed to her paying despite how wrong this felt.

The pricing was unclear, misleading, and unfair. We contacted the company to ask for an explanation and a refund for the undisclosed charges — they ignored us entirely.

If you value transparency, honesty, and being treated fairly, do not contact this company. What they say on the phone does not match what they charge in reality, and once they have your money, don’t expect any response.
