They suspend my sim without any confirmation or informing i am facing my client loses cause of this company very bad
ONIC Telecom Issues
Poor Voice Quality: Frequent call drops and barely audible conversations make the service almost unusable.
Unstable Internet Speed: Feels like 2G, with slow and unreliable connectivity.
Unprofessional Customer Service: Representatives are often unaware of current issues and fail to provide proper solutions.
This has been one of the most disappointing telecom experiences I've had in Pakistan. I purchased an eSIM and number from ONIC on 7 July 2025, paid Rs 2,600, and got my phone paired through PTA as required. Despite everything being in place, the service never worked.
I reached out to ONIC support through live chat, helpline, and email multiple times, but all I received were copy-paste responses saying “we’re working on it.” It has now been almost two weeks, and I still cannot use basic services like calls, SMS, or mobile data.
As a visitor to Pakistan with limited time, this has completely defeated the purpose of getting an ONIC SIM. I’m returning soon, and this purchase has proven to be a complete waste of money, time, and effort.
Extremely poor service and zero accountability.
Terrible experience. I’ve been dealing with customer service for hour and still haven't received any help. They’ve mishandled my personal data, and their response time is horrendous. Absolutely no respect for customer rights. Will not be using this service again!
Baddest network in Pakistan i ever use
Poorest Service of Internet as well as network coverage
It is so frustrating. Have been attempting to get a replacement sim for my 75 year old father for 3 days now. It's impossible I tell you. My father has countless times now stated he wants a different service provider since they aren't aimed and prepared to assist people who are above 65 and not tech savvy. Extremely disappointed

4g is always down at a time comes when there is not 4g/3g is working using samsung galaxy s20 ultra 5G device & changed location many times at Bahria Enclave, Islamabad, not recommended to anyone!
Issue: Esim Qr code not received for port in number from ufone to onic
Chat support agent Rafay Mubeen did not assist me in solving the issue, he said I received the eSIM when the biometric was completed but how are you supposed to receive an eSIM physically? He said that the ESIM order shipping status is delayed but you indicated on the website that we will get the QR code for the eSIM. I requested a supervisor but he denied it and closed the chat without escalating the issue, he did not raise a callback request, nor did he file a complaint and he just simply closed the chat.
one of the most third class network unfortunately i have ported my sim now i have to wait for 60 days to port back.
