Very disappointed with their 3rd class service i ordered the connection on 8 april today is 16 april their 5 to 6 sales person contacted me for their sales target after received my details and payment they are not attending my phone and they have not installed my connection till now i told their team i need it urgently but they are not giving me any authentic answer

have already informed your team multiple times that the internet stops working at night. However, the technician visited and only changed the charger and left, while the internet was already working at that time.
The actual issue still remains unresolved, as the internet keeps disconnecting at night. This shows that the problem was not properly checked.
I request you to take this matter seriously and send a competent technician who can properly diagnose and fix the issue permanently.
Your service is disappointing, and I expect a proper resolution as soon as possible.

Worst internet service in Karachi because of their poor after sales service and worst maintenance staff. I am going to sue them for suffering of heavy losses because of their inability to provide continuous internet service and tv cable line.

Dissatisfied with the service
Dissatisfied with the service, it is pathetic, unreliable, and slow, with frequent disconnections. Customers also reported significant issues with customer service, highlighting unhelpful staff, long wait times, and a lack of technical knowledge. The response for issue resolution were consistently poor, with many experiencing long delays and unfulfilled promises.
It seems company's technology is outdated or they have subscribed more clients than they or their system can handle, resulting in internet speeds often did not match advertised packages and that the infrastructure seemed outdated.
Pathetic experience which cannot be recommended.
Pathetic Customer Service
Pathetic Customer Service, knows how to make promises but have concept that the promises needs to be honoured and fulfil. 18 official complaints with in one month, ongoing issues for last 8 months, internal switch’s off at 10/10:30 am every days and back on around 3/4pm every day. After screaming and yes screaming at help desk someone decided to drop by to fix the problem, it worked perfectly for a day and the yesterday around 5 am no service, it is now two days, I heavily depend on internet when I am in Pakistan and that is why I subscribe the highest level of packages which they have (around PKR 16,000 per month). I not that they received customer service award in 2025, it seems like in Pakistan such awards are sold to highest bidder or the concept of customer service is totally different then rest of the world. I am happy to provide my contact details if approach by Stormfiber team.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by StormFiber. The internet connection is highly unreliable, and I frequently face disconnection issues almost every month. Despite repeated complaints, there has been no permanent solution offered.
Their customer support is also very poor. Responses are often delayed, and resolving issues takes an unreasonably long time. This lack of timely support is frustrating, especially when the internet is essential for daily work.
Overall, the service quality is unacceptable. I strongly urge StormFiber to improve their customer support and provide a long-term solution instead of temporary fixes.

Extremely disappointed with the service, have no internet for past 10 days and despite making 2-3 calls per day, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. This level of service is unacceptable after taking so much money.

I am copying this feedback to relevant forums to ensure others are aware of the current state of StormFiber’s reliability. If you are considering subscribing to their service, please be advised:
1. Inconsistent Uptime: Frequent outages with no proactive communication.
2. Failed Commitments: Technical teams rarely adhere to the promised resolution windows.
3. Lack of Accountability: Repeated follow-ups yield nothing but scripted responses and no actual progress.
I strongly advise anyone looking for a dependable internet connection to look elsewhere. StormFiber is currently failing to meet the basic standards of an ISP.
Worst service ever
Net works fine but they have the worse service ever. Net went out, i call them and they say will be fixed within 24 hours. It has been 4 days and still nothing has been done. Have called atleast 10to 15times and everytime get the same scripted response thats team will come in some hours and everytime they are lying. They said services are online for eid then the next day say that teams are on vacation. Also asked to talk to manager atleast 5 differrent times and each time they just made excuses. Honest advise is that unless you have really high net usage dont get storm fibre as it is not worth due to these service issues which come every 2 months atleast.

I have been using storm finer since 2 years, was good service but now their customer service and connection getting worse, they pay 0 attention on your complaints and if your connection doesn’t work they even fix that problem after 2 or 3 days on their own problem. I dunno where 14 mb is being sold for my connection the internet not working so why it is called storm really I don’t know very low level but they are very focused on billing and timely payment
