This company are appealing along with there cheap product. The customer service is shocking and they will mislead you. Trying to deal with Christine, I am getting nowhere. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!!!!!!

Good transaction: prompt delivery, item as described
Order arrived very promptly and the item was exactly as ordered. The only problem was the instruction booklet is in Dutch, but I easily located an English copy online, so no worries! I will use online-hearingaids again in the future.

Incredibly responsive and productive customer service. I had some delivery issues unrelated to Online-Hearing Aids and the company sorted it all out quickly and efficiently. I will definitely go to them again
