Perfect door, delivered as expected.

Reliability is crucial for the growth of any company. Although 7–8 days had passed since I ordered a door, I received no response despite messaging the company via chat several times and sending emails on two or three occasions. I called, provided my order number, and asked when the door would be ready and delivered; I was told they would check and call me back. However, they never returned the call, and subsequent attempts to reach them—made on various days and at different times—went unanswered. Throughout this period, there were no updates regarding the order in their system either. Only after I requested a refund through my bank did they call me—seemingly trying to appear as though they were actually operating—to state that the order would be shipped the week after it was ready, meaning a total timeframe of more than two weeks. Yet, the delivery was supposed to take place within just 3 to 7 days. Given their failure to answer calls, I consider them to be scammers. As a customer, based on my experience with the company, I do not recommend shopping there.

Offered free delivery, then messaged me to say I would have to pay for delivery before they would process my order. When I queried this, they gave me free delivery, but would have charged me had I not raised it as an error.

The bigger issue was with one of the doors supplied. I ordered several doors as a matching set, but once they were unwrapped and fitted, one was very different in grain and colour/finish from the others.

They refused to replace it or do anything about it, relying on their terms that the doors must be inspected BEFORE UNWRAPPING, despite the fact that the grain and finish could not be assessed while wrapped. They simply referred me back to their supplier's view that the variation was a natural characteristic.

Very disappointing customer service. I had a further 11 doors to purchase, but I will now be taking that order elsewhere.

The delivery guys were friendly and helpful and delivered on time with good communication beforehand.

Currently rating this 1 because their customer service and communication has been non-existent.

I emailed over a week ago to ask about delivery logistics and nobody ever got back to me. Eventually ordered a door at a time when I knew I could arrange to be in any of the days between 3-7 working days from order (as the time frame they gave). Since order a week ago I've heard nothing. Phoned today and spoke to someone who promised to investigate with the supplier and call me back, but never heard back from them. Every phone call since has gone unanswered (probably about 20 of them).

Currently I have a carpenter booked to come on Sunday but absolutely no faith that the door will be here in time within their maximum time frame.

UPDATE: The supplier got in touch with me to arrange delivery Monday. I explained the situation to them and they said they would ask ODS to authorise express delivery. However ODS refused this because of the cost involved, despite knowing it would mean they missed their delivery timeframe. ODS tried to claim it was past cutoff but I spoke direct to the supplier who said when they spoke to ODS it was still within cutoff, and the decision was completely from their side.

Terrible experience end-to-end. Avoid if you want to keep your sanity.

Would definitely recommend the online door store! I ordered my door on a friday evening and by Monday I had some one calling me to let me know that my door was being delivered on the Wedneday or Thursday and that someone would be in contact to let me know which day and time! Delivery was very professional the man carried the door into my house for me the door is outstanding quality ! Such a stress free easy process! Very happy would definitely order again and plan to!

This company is awful. Took my money, its now 8 days later I have had no confirmation of dispatch nor any other form of update. I have spoken to customer service via the online portal and then again separately via the phone and both times told they would look into it and call me back and never did. Now i am chasing them for a refund and still nothing. Shambles!

I purchased a fire exit door for our premises. The process was straightforward and the price was excellent. The door arrived within a week, was well packaged and to a good standard. No problem hanging it and it took the paint finish well.

Door came perfect and looks great in our flat, matches our other doors! thank you very much.
