I ordered two primed flush doors by…
I ordered two primed flush doors by Deanta. Nice doors by HEAVY. No warning on the website about the weight. One was 32kg, the other 44kg. Also, no warning that delivery is kerbside only. I live in a second floor flat and my personal weight is around 60kg - not a good fit. Even when we were called up about the delivery there was no warning of having to handle the doors myself. I owe huge thanks to the delivery driver who was kind enough (but under no obligation) to give me a hand. Please put a warning on your website or change your delivery policy.

In our terms and conditions at checkout stage, we do advise that deliveries are kerb side, and this information is also provided on confirmation and dispatch emails. Nonetheless, if this information was overlooked, I apologise if it could have been made clearer.

Crystal double glazed units
We ordered some Crystal double glazed units. Service was amazing, we needed to change our order at the last minute and Abbie in the sales team was incredibly helpful and patient.
They had to be delivered to a courier for onward transportation because of our location, but that too was seamless. They arrived yesterday in great condition.

Worse customer service
Worse customer service I have ever received in my life.
Placed order in March 2026 and been fobbed off with delayed excuses, requested full refund after they said they had delivered the doors on 3rd September this was told to me on the 6th September!
Poor service from start to finish, processed my refund without even acknowledging my email.
Save your time & money and go else where.

Worse quality I have ever seen in my life. Unprimed door with chips all over glass supposed to be frosted for a bathroom but was clear and they have refused a refund due to the door being hung by my builders without me seeing it before hand . Save your money and go else we’re

We did investigate the concerns raised, however, as you mentioned the door had been accepted and subsequently installed by your builders before the issues were reported to us. Once a product has been installed, it is no longer possible for us to establish whether any damage or other issues were present when the item was supplied, or whether they occurred during handling or installation.
For this reason, we’re unable to accept responsibility for the issues reported or offer a refund once the product has been installed. We appreciate this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but we have to apply the same position consistently where an item has been installed before any alleged defects are brought to our attention.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery , would have been 5stars except doors were delivered stacked vertically on a pallet so they could not be wheeled into the garage . So we had to struggle unloading them in 30 degree temperatures. It was planned to remove them from the pallet in the garage at a cooler time

Prompt delivery! what delivery
I can't tell you anything about the door I purchased as i still haven't received it. I have received a couple of emails from customer service sayung they are dealing with the courier for delivery and that they have tried call to arrange the delivery but none of this has happened. You try calling and are ust put into a queue. for ages.
I went woth door superstore as I exected a prompt service. Sorry but there nothing prompt about door superstore or their couiers Gees apart from the promptness of the excuses they come out with for non delivery.
