Every detail — from ticket access to pre-game events and on-site hospitality — was executed flawlessly. There was zero stress, which is exactly what you want when attending an event of this magnitude.
The premium seating, exclusive events, and behind-the-scenes touches elevated the super bowl from a game into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Staff on-site were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to ensure guests had an unforgettable time.
If you’re considering attending the super bowl and want a seamless, first-class experience without worrying about logistics, I highly recommend booking through On Location. It was worth every penny.

I think OnLocation possesses all the right "ins" as well as the experience and technical know-how to make these sorts of things go without a hitch. However, they are dangerously lackadaisical, slow to respond and/or even unresponsive altogether when issues and time-sensitive glitches need attention.

I traveled to Australia for the first time with Steve Furgal's Tennis Tours. Besides seeing some amazing tennis, the tour also took us to Sydney and Cairns/Great Barrier Reef. The hotel accommodations were the best of the best and the tour team arranged many cultural and fun events for us to learn more about Australia and its history and wildlife. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a wonderful and luxurious trip to Australia; being a tennis fan is part of the fun too.

Terrible communication. We paid a premium for this tailgate super bowl experience and could not locate the hospitality tent venue. Due to Superbowl security, normal routes were blocked off. We asked so many NFL staff members how to get to the Santa Clara Convention center and no one even knew what we were talking about. We wasted so much time. We weren't the only ones, there were dozens of other Onlocation customers in the same situation. Plus, there is false advertising. On Location promises that we can meet NFL legends. Legends were there for 15 minutes. Such a SCAM! Save your money. Spend your money on better seats. Don't waste your money on their hospitality tent. RIP OFF!

We worked with On Location for lodging and tickets for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympics. I was wary based on reviews I read beforehand, but had a great experience with the team. We were able to get a beautiful hotel room in the small ski town of Livingo, and the ticket and hospitality experiences were all great.

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing tickets through On Location Experiences.
We were told the ticket price reflected the “value of the ticket,” but at no point were we shown the actual face value. When the tickets were finally delivered through Ticketmaster, the face value was not visible there either. It strongly felt like that information was intentionally withheld. After doing some research, we discovered comparable tickets were available for significantly less — nearly one-third of what we paid.
If you're charging a premium, be upfront about it. Customers deserve pricing transparency, especially when spending thousands of dollars.
On top of that, we purchased our tickets four months in advance, yet didn’t receive them until less than 10 days before the event. Meanwhile, others who paid less had their tickets much earlier. That delay created unnecessary stress and uncertainty after a major financial commitment.
When you position yourself as an official premium experience provider, expectations are understandably high. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency and delayed fulfillment did not justify the price.
Buyers should carefully compare options and ask very direct questions about face value and delivery timelines before committing.

Totally inflexible and pretend packages are transferable, but they really aren't. No exchanges even when tickets are still available for other events. The worst side of ticket selling. Hide behind policy that is hidden somewhere.
Wrong. You claimed Olympic packages were transferable and upgradeable via emails. You just won’t do it. You are hiding behind fine print while marketing something else.

I just returned from Miami after using On Location for the first time, and it was a first-class experience. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire process was stress-free. The package pricing was also more cost-effective than booking everything separately, and I would definitely use them again in the future. Go HOOSIERS!

Purchased a travel package for the 2026 CFP Championship in Miami. My friend and I were on a conference call. We had the same package in our carts: 2 hotel rooms + 3 game tickets. The check box to include game tickets was tiny and sort of hidden. Ticket prices were even smaller and in a lighter font. Confirmed he had it checked. Price was around $8600-ish with game tickets included. Shopping cart included hotel and game tickets. He clicked to purchase. Order confirmation appeared for $6885--WITH NO GAME TICKETS INCLUDED. They just disappeared from the order.
We placed the order moments after the end of the Peach Bowl. Ticket prices skyrocketed with in the hour. When I could finally get through to On Location customer service the rep claim "all sales are final" and nonrefundable.
So we are each paying $2200 for nothing and get watch the game from home. This company is a total scam. Don't fall for it. We booked our Rose Bowl game tickets ala carte. No problems. Suggest you do the same and avoid this company.
RE: reply from OnLocation. There is no confusion. i explained to your customer service rep on the phone. They would not let us cancel the incomplete package that did not include the tickets we ordered. That is clear fraud. We just want to cancel reservations we cannot use.
Your D- rating on BBB is well deserved. The lame response here shows how shady this company is. Save yourself and book on your own.

I recently interacted with onlocationexp.com, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The website itself was easy to navigate, but the customer service left much to be desired. Responses were slow, unhelpful, and lacked any real effort to resolve my concerns. It's frustrating when a company doesn’t prioritize customer support, especially when you're relying on them for important matters. I expected more in terms of both service and communication.
Would not recommend based on my experience.
