I have been so impressed each year I have purchased these for my son but this year, beyond my most positive expectations. It was easy to buy our tix for the event.
Seat location looked great, but last year we did the same thing and when we got there, our seats were not that good.
Hope that isn’t the case this year.

So far my experience with customer services has been a positive one. Everything has been fairly seamless. The big test will be once I've gone my trip.

I missed a scheduled event which I had paid for in my package because the hotel failed to give me a scheduled wake up call. The hotel agreed to compensate me for this. On Location made my hotel reservation through Expedia, and so the claim for the refund had to go through On Location. Your service representative kept telling me that he was working on the issue until I finally gave up calling. At worst, he didn't try at all. At best, he dropped the ball. In any case, I was never reimbursed the $200 the hotel offered to reimburse me.
Also,
I got lost in returning to my hotel several times during the last draft as several streets were blockaded. On location should make additional efforts to help people who get in this situation.

Horrible. I bought 4 tickets and I got to the gate and they told me they were used. I called customer service and no answer. I also sent an email be no response. I came all the way from Portland OR to watch this game with my family.

This summer I attended my second UFCX event. Both years I paid for VIP. This year I was impressed, after the complaints last year, that the arrival and check in process had changed. This year the VIP’s were in as promised, before regular tickets. So thank you for listening and making those changes.
For the second year, the biggest complaint by every VIP I spoke with or overheard, was the three stage lines. The centre one was allowing more regular tickets at one point than VIP. For the price difference, you should be one regular priced ticket for every 20 VIP. Both years I was not able to see everyone. This is the reason I might not purchase this year VIP.
The VIP lounge changes this year were great! The stages with fighters was a great addition. This year I did find it disappointing there were repeats instead of new talent each day. Honestly, because of the exact treatment in the stage lines as the regular priced ticket, I’m not sure if I will do VIP again. Unless there’s more perks than the last two years

We hired your services for the 2024 US Open Tennis. We were in a suite. The service was very good. The person who attended us was very dedicated and friendly. However, what we found to be of poor quality and with very little variety were the food and beverages. We stayed for three days, and the food was the same every day, while the drink options were practically limited to only 3 or 4 choices.

Truly a once in a lifetime experience!! We were within feet from Patrick Mahomes warming up before the game and gave us a phenomenal perspective of what its like to be on the field. We were hoping to be in the corner on the Bills side, but we can't complain. There were players coming over to greet people in our little roped off area as well. Even the owner of the chiefs came over to say hello! After the game, there were TONS of people in line to go on the field and it was hard to get good pictures on the field because of the amount of people around, but other than that it was WELL WORTH THE $ IMO! Will be doing it again!

We kinda liked the lanyard and badge option rather than the wrist bands. It took so long to get checked in. You sent coupons by fed ex. Seems like that could have been sent as a QR code instead.
There was a lot of confusion as to the difference between the Fan Experience and the VIP Experience.
Our exp in Tampa seemed to be more exclusive than KY. There was so many more in KY. Speakers were good. I kinda agree with guest......we were there for Women's vball not an update for the Men's league.
Food was average. Last year there were actual drinks not just wine or beer. We also had access during vball with snacks etc provided instead of going to concessions
Again maybe the VIP had those????

Had a great call with Grace Cull. We discussed my concerns regarding upcoming fanatics fest but was also able to take care of other concerns (billing, issues with receiving marketing emails). A lot was accomplished and I really appreciated all the work.

I'm not sure if your use the BirdieBox Team to distribute the complimentary gifts for the 2024 NCAA Womens Volleyball Championships in Louisville. They have been the only cloud over our On-Location experience.

I do like the fact that it is easier to get packages for the shows. Saturday Night's Main Event was nostalgia from childhood. I know there will be more to follow but the first is can never be duplicated.

1st we got an entrance that was on opposite side of stadium then the location of hospitality
2 both days out hospitality we lost 1 hour of it due to incompetence of them letting us in, plus being let in after regular tickets were
3 the stars they had in were for the most part low end
The couple like Undertaker was there for such a short time didn't even get to do photo
3 the seating I chose from map I was shown wasn't the seats I was given at all, I had a large obstruction in our view

Seats where beyond bad for what were listed as premium box seats. Tickets were to include a $15 voucher for food at the track and we learned as we entered the bus that this had been cancelled. Sent a written complaint to Onlocation and did not get a satisfactory response. Basically, they had my money, the event was over, so tough luck.

Had tickets that did work in checking into dinner, speakers and game ticket both days. We held up in the lines until last ones to get problem solved. Andrea that checked us in knew we were frustrated and stayed with us until got problem solved. Also couple next our seats had same problem. You thought had computer in checkout line solve these problems. Went though at least 12 solved the problem. Finally look at database finally saw we had tickets. I donot understand why got separate tickets for seating and presentation. Never have done this in any other events pass years. More confusion !
Last day almost front line ended up at the last. Presentation half done. We did fine a table opposite end of the room and could hear very well.
