The service was horrible before I could even begin the treatment.
Disclaimer: I did not end up trying any of their services and was only in correspondence with Sarah from OnlyAesthetics over WhatsApp.
I was trying to understand more about their services and was assigned to talk to Sarah. She did not address any of my questions properly over Whatsapp and seemed uninterested to answer them.
I told her I would like to escalate the matter to the management and instead of putting me in touch with the right person, she gave me the Group Director's number and told me to message them myself. I found this really strange that as a customer I had to message myself to raise my questions. She then told me they would contact me on Tuesday but never did. Makes me feel like they don't care about the customer and don't care to answer any of my questions. Would not recommend this place at all. Terrible.

I have done some research about Only…
I have done some research about Only Aesthetics, and I found there are some bad reviews here , but there are also lots of good reviews on Facebook, I bought 1 time of their face treatment from the website. I visit their branch in Novena on 2nd Nov last month, it a guy whos consult and advise me on the procedure, he also shares with me what i can expect from the treatment ... and after there's a lady can't remember her name, bring me to a room, and she will elaborate with me the procedure, and we start the treatment after all the detail explanation. And after the procedure, they will also share with me what I should do and shouldn't do after the treatment, I also book for my next review session, as the treatment I bought, come with a review session too. I love the after-treatment results, the treatment help to shrink my pore, as well as brighten my dull sensitive skin. I didn't buy any treatment after the review session, they didn't force me or hard sell me on anything. , and I'm happy with the result and their services. Personally, I will still go back to them again whenever if I got any needs for my face, and will also give recommendations to my friend too.

I’m hesitant on all the reviews from…
I’m hesitant on all the reviews from here as well from their Facebook .this is because the bad reviews has pulling and holding me back, from trying their services . So what i decided to give a try first ,and I buy just 1 time underarms hair removal trial from the website , since my friends highly recommended to me . I went to their branch in Shenton Way Tanjong Pagar , I’m very impressive with their service there , staff they are patient and soft gentle , without any pressure at all while talking to them , they have share with me all different type of technology, from the trial till ending of the treatment. The whole process it is relax and was pleasant , they didn’t even pull long face or forcing me on buying anything after the trial even i did i did not buy anything, they are still nice and smiling humble and without any change or tone of voice or even black face at all. 😊

Pleasant Experience and helpful staff!
It was a pleasant experience here at the Only Aesthetics EON Shenton outlet. The staff was very helpful from the beginning and listened to my biggest concern, before guiding me to decide on the most suitable treatment! They also shared how to maximize the result after each treatment. No hard-selling and forcing me to buy more packages/products too! I'll definitely go back to them when I need some booster for my appearance!

Beware of online reviews for onlyaesthetics
Do not trust the Facebook and google reviews. The beauticians or staff there request customers to leave a positive review and include their name coz of some quota set by the management. They request you to post the good review on the spot and then some of them take photo of the review on their phone to show to management as evidence. So I believe most customers had no choice but to leave a good review there and probably felt pressured to do that. Do not be misled!
Pressured to upgrade my package then tried to sell me some products when I decided not to upgrade. Wouldn’t mind the management to contact me as I’m really afraid to return to the outlet due to hard selling. Even warned my friends to be careful of OnlyAesthetics, so I’d strongly recommend everyone to buy an IPL laser machine and diy instead. It’s very scary to be stuck at the clinic and forced to upgrade packages because you are halfway through the treatment. I almost cried when I was leaving the clinic.
Edit: At least put in some effort to get real customers to do reviews instead of your digital marketing executive who can be easily verified via LinkedIn...

Good experience, highly recommend ONLIFT
It's very smooth, from booking an appointment to having the procedure done. There was no pressure at all. The staff patiently explained the different treatment options for my skin condition, which was very informative and professional. I signed up for their ONLIFT treatments, and I am very pleased with the results!

Very dishonest staffs they have
Very dishonest staffs they have. A while back I signed up for a rejuran package they kept telling me it was at a good price. But Everytime I go they will tell me I need to use two sessions of the treatment, and nothing was told about using double session Everytime. They “sell” it to you saying that it’s a good price but use the tactic of using double session everytime. End up I’m paying double.
When asked for receipt they just pretend nothing and nothing was written about having to use 2 sessions.

Cheat customer
Really such a bad experience in this aesthetic. Always force me buy the package. The way they talk is nice but end up force you buy more. Last time my package only chemical peel and now on keep asking me add on treatment for the package . After all doesn’t show more results that I want it to. Now on I don’t wish to continue they keep say so much excuse that I’m the one willing to pay the package. That’s nonsense that time the staff told me the company target so high and the way the staff say until so poor thing how the company treat them .
Really so unfair to me and now I have a financial problem u doesn’t help to refund to me although last time u guys want me support u for the target .
Really learn my lesson that I shouldn’t pity the staff as they are try to tell you a story and cheating my money.
Actually all advertising is fake bought a long service package with no results on my skin .

Only Aesthetics = Ah Beng Hustlers
Only Aesthetics = Ah Beng Hustlers. Their staff is dishonest. I paid for a $800 package for Coolsculpting. They tried to trick me with no pricing listed, hard upsell, and cheap car dealership service. This place is a joke.

Received other treatment than wanted...
I met very nice and kind personel, but made clear which treatment is important to me. Even though I informed about my budget the lady tried to keep on selling me expensive treatment. Then she gave me an offer for a total of 590 I received treatment of a very sweet employee, but was presented a bill for 699 as the told total got some taxes on top...
When I returned back home I figured out I did actually receive another treatment of some cellulite treatment, but I came for fat freeze. So, I was really disappointed as the treatments do not have any impact or lasting effect.
All my money, I spent was "out of the window" I told them several times how disappointed I am, but they obviously do not care at all. Just told me to enjoy the beautiful architecture of Singapore... I feel cheated and ripped, and asked to refund or give me the treatment I initally came for. They just ignore me... So, my advice: Choose another clinic... as they do not meet their philosophy they claim on their webpage :-((
