Order came in perfect condition and was delivered within the timeframe. I sent an email reference the order and that was answered on the next day.

There were issues with receiving the trolley on time but we were contacted with explanation and new delivery date. Once the trolley arrived it was exactly as hoped.

Once opening the box, and taking the all important picture, assembly was really straightforward. Once that was done, it was the process of opening the trolley and getting used to doing that from the locked position. The one thing I would say is it hits just on top of the mud guards on the floor before you open, so that could maybe be a point to change because when you close it up for transport again, it again just sits on the mud guards which will in time scratch. I know in the video it shows that it is easy to transport but the trolley is quite a lump and slightly awkward to pick up and put in the car. There is only one way of doing it and there is laying it flat on the wheels because of the battery compartment is sticking up so it would rock on a flat surface.
Use on the course was a real joy it changes from golf cart to standing up really nicely and smoothly. The turn circle is very wide and does take some time to get used to. And initially the frame itself seems a little bit flimsy but is actually very solid when riding along at quite a pace as you can do in fast mode. With the accelerator and the brake it’s best to feather them as you use them. In cart mode it seems to pull away quite quick and then stop quite quick as it does when you’re in driving mode. The braking is very good and using that downhill you absolutely must feather it because it is very sharp and I could see problems or accidents happen if you just slammed on the brakes.
The biggest disappoint is the umbrella holder that shortly after using and driving around was falling off to the side and not strong enough to get the umbrella upright when turning. A better, stronger, attachment would also help in the future. Which I will try to buy separately.
It’s early days yet but I feel that the use of the birdies pro cart will just get better with age and simpler to use as I get more experienced with using it every time I go golf

Used it today for the 1st time excellent very pleased with it only problem Is one of the wheel pins is stuck unable to release to fold wheel in😩

Only Birdies scooter is well made buggy I did my first golf round today and I am very satisfied. A box or compartment to put head covers, balls and drinks would be very useful. Delivery and information to put accessories together is excellent

The "Multi use Golf Scooter" is well engineered although somewhat difficult to unfold in the first instance. Having pneumatic tyres is a concern as the course I play has numerous hawthorn bushes from which the thorns once fallen create punctures. The other issue which could be problematic is the distance from the ground to the foot plates, this is ok on level ground but Glf Courses are not level. I have not used my scooter yet because I have a single seat ride on buggy at my course and my intention is to use the Scooter during the winter months when it becomes cold sitting down and I will have the option off walking some holes and riding others,

Ordering and delivery very good. I have not yet tried scooter but it all looks good so far !

Great service and communication

The build quality of the scooter is very high, which is why I was surprised that a proper battery fitment was not engineered in to the machine by the manufacturer. No matter, I fitted a couple of lighting rig clamps to the steering mast and the battery fits perfectly, in my opinion it looks like an original fitting.
As for using it as a walk behind trolley, I would say it's very difficult as the front wheels are fixed in a straight ahead mode so turning involves lifting the front wheels by pushing down on the handles. You need to be fairly fit for this. Walking at a constant speed using the thumb throttle is also challenging.
As a ride on, the turning circle is not that tight, so careful planning is required for tight corners. Be careful on downward slopes as the induction brake is either on or off. If it's wet the wheels will lock.
When you get used to the handling it's fine but take it steady at first, and I would not recommend the high speed setting.

First round Friday with my new birdie glide so I feel today time to give 5 star rating from start to finish the team at birdies were always there to help keeping me informed the birdie glide proforms great on the course and really helped me get round the course with little effort on my part leaving me to play golf so thanks birdies keep up the good work Eddie T

I bought a scooter from only birdies took it out in the living room it was very heavy so i put it in contact for a refund sent it back i had to pay £52 to send it back two days later i got a shock Ed email i had to pay £200 he accused me of scratching the mud guard and a little bit of paint no way did i do that never buy again
