From our records our communication with you was as follows:
E-mail from you on the 1st and 2nd June, replied to on 3rd June.
Three e-mails received from you on 3rd June replied to 4th June.
E-mail received 6th June, replied to 10th June (weekend e-mail).
E-mail received 17th June, replied to 18th June via group update e-mail.
E-mail received 18th June replied to 18th June
E-mail received 23rd June replied to 24th June.

One reason for the delay in the final e-mail was because you had strongly stated previously that you did not wish to purchase from us going forward due to not being happy by your order being delayed due to a change in release date by The Pokémon Company so we duly removed you from future Pokémon order mailing lists. You did receive your ordered item on the new release date which you came to collect. You then informed us in your final e-mails you knew about the delay beforehand and were "testing" us in your e-mails wanting a quicker reply to questions you already knew the answer to.
Once more, apologies that you feel our communication was poor and you felt in limbo. We will take on board from this that further reinforcement and repeating of previously given information may be required so that customers can feel secure with their order.

Since using Onyx Dawn Games I’m getting used to receiving undamaged books. If only I got this level of service from other sellers! You know who I mean. Keep up the good work.

Ordered an item
Ordered an item, which should have been received within a few days and got it a week later. The person did say they only have small team and that the person who was supposed to be in was sick. He then told me that my parcel should have been sent a few days before and that he will get it done within 2 more days. Seems like bad service when they admit I should have received my item already but it will take this person another few days to sort it. Gave a 2 stars because least there was communication, just bad service, won't be going back here.

Hi Stephen, I do apologise that you haven't been happy with our service and delivery times but I do feel that parts of your review were misleading. Your order was placed on Tue 22nd July for it to be sent out within the next two days. We contacted you ourselves on Thu 24th to apologise for your order not being dispatched yet due to staff illness and the store being closed the day before and that your order will be sent out later in the day or tomorrow. You contacted us the next day (Fri 25th) saying you were still waiting for confirmation of delivery and we resplied with your tracking number letting you know deliveries were sent out in two batches as we were catching up so there may be a delay in the auto-confirmation but your order has been sent (hence the active tracking number). You received your order on Mon 28th (in line with weekend delivery services for Royal Mail Tracked 48 deliveries). We did not have or send any additional correspondence stating that the item should have been sent few days before and/or would be sent in a further two days from our initial point of contact with you and your only e-mail to us was your e-mail on the 25th saying you still had not received any confirmation (to which we replied with confirmation). Once more, apologies for the delay in sending your order out and not meeting your service level requirements.

Pokemon TCG 151 booster bundles.
Great store. Had originally ordered a journey together booster box however they told us that the distributors were not going to fulfil and instead offered first grabs at some other TCG that may interest me. Great company love them a lot as their service is great and always live up to their word. Will 100% be using them in future as they keep you updated.

Timely delivery and great price!
My box arrived on launch day. I was a little worried at first with all the horror stories of other LGS's I've seen online cancelling people's orders, but Onyx Dawn got mine delivered on time and for a great preorder price. If I lived anywhere near the LGS I would be a frequent buyer/player for sure!

Best card shop in Bedford
Very well run business - all communication is prompt and clear, prices for Pokemon are mostly at retail price (or slightly higher which isn’t abnormal and still well below what everyone else sells at). Feel like a valued customer, will definitely be coming back for all future Pokemon releases.
