I am very happy with the agent I selected out of the 3 I decided to meet with. However I was surprised at the number of agents who contacted me after I used your service. I thought the idea was that you weren’t inundated with approaches. Actually the reverse happened, false advertising!

We bought our new home through Team JP. Janice and Petals were an absolute pleasure to deal with and certainly went the extra mile. I feel that they gave 100% effort to both the seller and us. I guess it's hard to juggle both as obviously both want the best deal. I believe that they certainly achieved that. At no time did we feel pressured, just patiently supported throughout the entire process. At settlement, the girls had a cleaner come through the house at their own cost and give it a once over from top to bottom. This was due to a problem with the sellers removalist. Clearly they didn't need to do this but I feel that it is just the way they are, making both parties journey as smooth as possible.
We would definitely recommend Team JP to anybody looking to sell a property and those who purchase will have the pleasure of dealing with two genuine and honest agents.

Great follow up service
Had issues trying to make contact and was not receiving an SMS Confirmation Code after several attempts. Despite this I did receive a follow up phone call advising that there was a temporary issue with their system and they got me on track. Really appreciated the honesty and the follow up. I would definitely use LocalAgentFinder again as it was relatively painless
