Been using opnform for over a year now. The product has really evolved. Here is why I recommend it:
- Super easy to set up integrations
- Very flexible with a lot of features
- The team is also very responsive which is a huge plus for me
- They are improving the product super fast
- It’s open source
- Super easy to use

I’m currently using OpnForm to build a workflow tool for my clients — and it’s been amazing so far! Thanks to the product and its clean code approach, I can quickly create a full online tool without having to rebuild all the form logic from scratch.
Form creation, field management, conditional logic, webhooks… everything is already there and saves me a huge amount of time.

I’ve been using Opnform for a while now and honestly, I can’t imagine going back to anything else.

It just works

The tool is incredibly complete. I can do everything I need—from simple contact forms to complex workflows with conditional logic and integrations. No limitations, no “you need the premium plan for that” nonsense. It all just works.

Their support actually cares

I’ve had questions and the team responds quickly and genuinely wants to help. They’re not just throwing templates at you—they actually listen and solve problems. That matters way more than you’d think.

Building forms doesn’t suck anymore

The interface is so intuitive that I don’t waste time fighting with the software. I spend time on what actually matters—creating good forms, not learning weird UI quirks. Plus the AI features actually save me time instead of being gimmicky.

It’s refreshing

Compared to other form builders out there that feel bloated and clunky, Opnform feels like someone actually designed it for people who use it, not just to sell features. It’s clean, straightforward, and you don’t need a manual to figure it out.

Would I recommend it? Absolutely. If you build forms regularly, you’ll wonder why you waited so long to switch.

I like the product

I've been using Opnform for my small property management business to handle tasks like post-showing surveys and collecting updated resident information. It's been reliable, flexible to fit our needs, and is a lot more affordable compared to the alternatives I researched. The software has been improving rapidly, and their support team has been very helpful whenever I have questions. I believe it's a great choice for businesses that need flexible data collection without high costs.

I've been using opnForm for over a year and while I don't consider the tool to be perfect yet, but still giving it 5 stars as I've been using it in production with minimum disruptions and development team is very responsive and active. It's good for basic and advanced use cases, still have some features to be added to become expert form tool (custom calculations, API retrieved drop-downs mainly).

OpnForm is the best form on the planet, by far.. where else do you get the option to self-host a form (super secure whether cloud or self hosted) and have it look better than Typeform?? it is the only place. OpnForm is constantly improving and the community is always giving feedback and code improvements. It is stable and has never crashed my clients and I have used it daily for years. Thanks to Julien OpnForm is going to knock off typeform unless they can acquire them first.

It's has advanced features specially the focused mode.

One of the most flexible and easy to use form builders. Easy to set up integrations and logic blocks, with much more features on the way which I look forward to.

I used to use Tally for my agency before, but OpnForm is on another level for what I need. Setup was super easy and intuitive, everything worked perfectly from the start.

I love the fact that you can create both classic, simple forms like on Tally, but also more visual, immersive ones similar to Typeform thanks to the Focused mode. Honestly, it’s the best of both worlds.

The support team is also amazing, fast, helpful, and genuinely cares about improving the experience and finding custom solutions. Honestly, such a great find!

The team behind Opnform is really efficient and helpful when it comes to questions regarding the SaaS, as well as the self-hosted setups, fixes bugs quickly and is open to suggestions/improvement ideas by their user and community. Joining their Discord server is the best way to also get help through the community if the team themselves isn't available straight away.
