Just returned from playa Blanca, stayed at Casa George villa. Fantastic stay, beautiful villa in a tranquil setting.
The villa was spotless and cannot fault optima staff, excellent customer service
Thank you for making our Christmas and new year
Will be booking again within the next few weeks

I made my reservation through Optima Villas, I had never visited Lanzarote before, but we decided on our destination, and I found a suitable property that fulfilled our needs as a blended family (my husband and myself plus 5 ‘kidadults’ ranging in age from 17-27) I booked our flights and transfers separately through Easyjet & Viva Travel who were amazingly efficient, but the level of service from Optima Villas was outstanding. They make everything so easy, particularly as we were a party of 7, any questions were answered within minutes!! I asked where I could buy a can opener, and 10 minutes later a brand new one was delivered! I have rented properties abroad countless times, but I’ve never experienced this level of customer service and satisfaction. The entire team need a bonus and a pay rise 👏🏻 100%

Optima are a great company to deal with they reply to emails promptly and if an issue occurs with the villa they have respond quickly, they are very helpful, pleasant people to deal with, would not hesitate to recommend them.
Villa Gordon has a lot of good points, situated in a quite residential it's spacious, the pool is clean, well maintained and safe for children as it is fenced off. The layout of the villa may not suit everyone, downstairs is very spacious and has an excellent modern kitchen but there is only one bathroom which potentially would be used by 6 adults, also there is no dishwasher downstairs. The bedrooms are large and spacious but only one of them has a wardrobe, there is nowhere to hang anything in the other 2 rooms. The dining table and breakfast bar only has 4 chairs. Upstairs which in effect is a completely separate self contained apartment there are en-suite bathrooms to both the single and double room, the kitchen is modern and well fitted with a dishwasher. There are plenty of outside spaces but if you want to eat outside then folks from the lower apartment will be carrying stuff up and down stairs. Our party was 7 adults and one infant and we found that we were carrying furniture and crockery up and downstairs regularly. Generally the villa could use a little TLC and some instruction books on some of the appliances, took ages to figure out how to work the extractor fan but others like the washing machine we googled.
If the layout suits your party then Villa Gordon is great, we would certainly use Optima again

I have used one of Optima Villas properties twice yearly since 2017 (apart from covid) and recently returned from another holiday.The result of my experiences is that I have found the following

They reply to emails promptly
Promptly returned deposits re cancelled bookings due to covid
Villas always sparkling clean
If an issue occurs with the villa or its contents they have always been been able to fix the problem or replace the item on the same day
Lastly they are very pleasant people to deal with

One of our favourite villas, great for families and couples. We have stayed here many times over the past 10 years, the location is great, very quiet and with shops and restaurants in walking distance. First time booking through Optima with no problems, great welcome pack. Shame the mountain bikes have not been looked after, we used to enjoy using them, and were a bonus at this villa (previously Villa 60). Similarly the hot tub is in need of a bit of TLC not quite the luxury it once was, hence only 4 stars.

Just back from Villa Casa Cielo Azul. The location of the villa was superb a nice quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to the Marina. The large supermarket at the end of the street was an added bonus. The welcome pack from Optima was great to get started. The villa was a good size for 4 adults and a baby and a nice pool area. This is our 3rd stay in Lanzarote with Optima Villas and can highly recommend them.

The location of the apartment is wonderful with views of the sea and out to Fuerterventura. Close to shops and restaurants and some lovely walks out to the Marina and out to the lighthouse.

Villa palmyra is fabulous, great location, private pool area and external dining area.quiet location but walkable into town, half hour to harbour, the inside space is superb, huge master bedroom lounge, good size second bedroom, shower cubicle in ensuite is a little small but good for us.used optima for many years and for 2 or 4 people this is the best, loved it .

Had a wonderful time in Villa Nueva. Lovely villa, big fluffy white towels and the bonus of good quality pool towels.
Pool was exceptionally clean and warm.Villa was well equipped, beds comfortable and showers powerful.
Optima were very easy to contact. Few problems we had were dealt with within the hour.
Welcome pack was great.
Wanted to book this villa again but unfortunately someone beat us to it.
On the hunt now for another villa!

We recently stayed in Casa Blanca Villa via Optima Villas. What can I say - WOW!! We have stayed in numerous villas and this is one of the best. The information provided in the villa by the owners was absolutely amazing. Very well equipped, spotless & very comfy beds. It was a little far out of the centre for us but very easy to jump on the bus or take a taxi. Highly recommend Optima Villas, customer service first class.

It is our 2nd visit to this villa with Optima villas. There is little communication but the emails received are very clear and directions and check in is so easy. We received a welcome pack which is great when you are arriving later in the day so it’s gets you as the nearest supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away. I would use Optima villas again.

Stayed in Apartment Puerto Mar, 20th-27th November. Fantastic apartment. A new coffee machine was supplied, and a minor problem was fixed within hours. Beautiful views from the patio. Overall a fabulous apartment. Optima Villas are definitely to be recommended.

This is the 2nd time I have booked with Optima Villas and cannot fault them! The apartments are such good quality and great communication from the company. The welcome pack is greatly appreciated. A late check out was available to us at no extra cost. I would not hesitate to book again.

Villa Diamante - Fantasic week spent in this beautiful villa. Great space, wonderful views and relaxing. The property was amongst 11 others in a private gated area which made it feel very safe. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Had a relaxing week at Villa Rose. Lovely clean spacious villa. Has everything you need. Plenty of clean towels. Pool area was great although would benefit from more sofa seating both inside and out.
Pool was nice and warm and clean.
Only a 15 minute walk to main shops bars and restaurants, we would walk in and sometimes get a taxi back for just under 4 euros. Lovely quiet area.
Great communication from Optima Villas. Best welcome pack we’ve ever had, everything you need to start your holiday! Would definitely use this company again and Villa Rose.

Villa Keira was a lovely,clean,lovely garden area.
It was so nice to have a welcome pack when we arrived.Pool and hot tub lovely clean twice when we was there,also towels and bedding changed.
The only downside for us was no comfortable garden sitting apart from the dining table and chairs,also the roof terrace would be nice to have a small table and chairs ,but it wasn’t a problem and we really enjoyed the three weeks we had there.

Came here in March/Apr now an October visit and it doesn’t fail to impress already booked next year to come back to the sunset apartment . Great location just behind the strip but can’t hear a thing apart from the ocean at night. Great restaurants bars and spar shop very very handy. Love love it

The villa was lovely. Clean, well decorated, great pool area and good location to playa blanca and the mariner. 15 minute walk to town or 1 minute in a cab which costs about 3 euros. Great ammenities in the villa and we all had our own bathrooms. I could not fault it and dealing with optimas was so easy. 100 percent reccomend and will return!

We have just returned from our 3rd stay in 12 months at Casa Corfe, Playa Blanca.
As ever, the customer service from Optima villas has been efficient and friendly. Booking is straightforward and communication prior to arrival is excellent , along with a link to a very handy app all about the villa.
Casa Corfe is a beautiful villa with breathtaking views of the Ocean. It is always scrupulously clean and has every household appliance and amenity you would wish for. The villa is spacious and airy with lovely decor . The pool and outside eating and entertaining areas are delightful.
Based in a quiet residential area, it’s a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and some lovely bars and restaurants. It’s a fair walk or bike ride into Playa Blanca itself but it’s a very pleasant ocean front route. Or, grab a taxi or the buses seem frequent .

Villa Ruby……….What a fabulous villa. It had everything we needed and more. The outside area was large with plenty of sun loungers and a great size pool.
The welcome pack was the best we’ve ever had!
Communication with Optima villas was second to none….. brilliant service. Will defo recommend them to family and friends.
Can’t wait to go back!
