Hi Arvin,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear about your positive experience with us:)
Poor product quality, Shaker Bottle logos came off affter two handwashes in cold water...Spend your money elsewhere. Tried to support them as a brand but don't bother.
Bought a couple of their shaker bottles. After a couple of cold hand washes (not dishwasher), the logos on the side started coming off. Should've just bought no brand versions and saved me 80% of what I spent. If I had known their products were of such poor quality, I could've spent much less on generic no-brand shaker bottles. Tried to support them as a brand but that's my fault...
When they finally did get back to me, they said they couldn't help me because i didn't purchase from their website and asked me to contact their third party complaints team to provide them with all these details?!
-Place of purchase
-Date of purchase
-Product name
-Batch number and time stamp (preferably photo of the batch)
-Expiration date
-Summary of complaint
-Photo of the complaint
It's a lot of work to justify why their bottle is poorly made. So in short, no I won't be spending more time chasing nothing and just won't be purchasing from them again.
Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Hi Drew,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — that’s genuinely frustrating, and we completely understand why you’re disappointed.
Regarding the support process: because the purchase wasn’t made through our website, we’re required to follow a specific procedure so our quality team can properly investigate. We know it can feel like a lot to provide, and we’re sorry it came across as extra work on your end.
Your feedback is absolutely valid, and we’ll use it to improve both our product quality and the way we handle cases like this.
Wishing you a wonderful day ahead.

Hello,
I’m really sorry you’ve had such a difficult time trying to reach us.For the moment, the best way to contact us is via email, and we’re here to help with anything you need.
I’ve checked your case, and I’m happy to confirm that your refund has already been issued, so the funds will be on their way back to you.
If there’s anything else you’d like us to look into or if you need further support, we’re right here and ready to help.
The 4.5 kg bag does not reseal - been 10 days no response from Customer Services
I ordered the 4.5 kg resealable bag of protein from Optimum Nutrition, but the bag I received does not reseal at all. I even tried removing the protein stuck around the zipper to see if that was the issue, but the zipper simply won’t close.
For a product that costs over £120, this is extremely disappointing. The resealable feature is important for maintaining freshness and convenience, especially for such a large bag.
What makes the experience worse is that I contacted their support team via email and it has been over 48 hours with no response. I expected much better customer service from such a well-known brand.
Overall, very disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer support.

I’ve passed your feedback on to the relevant team, because issues like this genuinely help us improve our packaging and overall quality.
I also checked on our side, and we unfortunately couldn’t find any email from you. It’s possible it didn’t come through, so I’d really recommend sending it again. Once we receive it, we’ll be more than happy to look into this properly and get things sorted for you.

Excellent product and speedy customer service
Excellent protein - great taste (especially the double chocolate), mixes easily with my oats and equally good as a shake.
I did a price comparison and decided to order straight from ON website as it was the most cost effective.
I buy this protein with confidence and would highly recommend it.
