I can’t recommend Optimus Coaching Academy highly enough! From the first discovery call to the final lesson, Ruth and her incredible team have been supportive and professional. The course content is far more in-depth than I anticipated and covers a greater range of subject areas than I’ve seen offered on other courses. It’s been, quite literally, a life-changing experience for me and I’ve met people I’m sure will be friends for life too! If you’re looking to become a coach, this is the best company to train with!

All the support I have needed was delivered efficiently. Loved the flexibility of the course. I have learnt so much from the people on the course as well as our trainers. The materials shared have been excellent, as has the mixture of mentoring and training.

An eye-opening course on exactly what coaching is and how it helps people in all areas of their lives! I have gained a huge amount of unexpected personal growth which has added value to all areas of my life, a great discovery!

Optimus Coach Academy has been an incredible training and experience. I honestly can't think of a better program or choice for receiving your coaching training and I've already referred people to it. The course modules are prepared very well and comprehensively as well as the supplemental trainings. It's concise without being overwhelming. The live trainings are fantastic and within a short time it prepared me to be skilled and feel confident in training. I highly recommend it!

I am so glad I chose Optimus. To be honest I was looking at any who had the ICF accreditation but I was just lucky I stumbled across Optimus through a friend. So many companies promise the world and so we all tend to be distrusting of anything that is promised to us! However, Optimus has really come through and genuinely goes above and beyond to support their students. I have been genuinely impressed (and I have a high bar!) The other thing is the quality of other students which make a big difference. My cohort were all professionals who were focused and asked high-value questions. I'm happy to add them to my network. Highly recommend the course.

Optimus CEO Ruth and her entire team made this intensive life-coaching course a wonderful experience.
The group of learners was at exactly the right numbers with the members and mentors selected for the best outcomes.
Individual attention was given to each participant.
A wide range of topics were covered with opportunity to practice, discuss and ask questions.
Nothing was too much trouble for the Optimus team.
Ruth made the learning as it should be for a professional audience looking to gain new skills.
There is ongoing support for skills development and establishing new business focused on life-coaching.
Despite being very intensive it was enjoyable and generally well managed - it may perhaps be improved by providing a brief summary at the beginning of what to expect in the rest of the course.
There are numerous resources and references on their website and every thing covered was supported by scientific evidence and publications.

The training is steeped in evidence based neuroscience and positive psychology and you feel valued. I’m so excited to continue into the amazing alumni programme, which is all part of the pricing. I had looked at other trainings but this is great value for money. They do everything they can to get you ready for accreditation and more.

From the very beginning, Optimus welcome you into what feels like, a community. The experience has been one of significant self development, and I have enjoyed every session. I have felt supported throughout (by both trainers and students) and have developed my coaching skills whilst

This has been everything I'd hoped it would be. I have genuinely loved every minute of this course and joining a group of like-minded, interesting, kind people. I feel like it's been so thorough in what we've learned, I've not seen any other courses offering such a good and broad coaching foundation. I love how much coaching practice you get just by attending sessions and feel like it's a brilliant way to make sure you progress even if you struggle to find external people to coach. My experience of training with Optimus has been excellent and has surpassed all of my expectations.

When I embarked on the Associate course I had no idea how much it would impact my life. Although I had no prior experience, from the early stages coaching practice was the norm, with the opportunity to learn and reflect. Not only have I had the ability to study different coaching methods and supporting science, but I have also been coached weekly.
