Tap breaks after 5 months

Tap which had blue, green and red light indicating the temperature started flashing like a disco after 5 months. It has been professionally installed. Response was ‘ tough’ you’ve had it more than 30 days! I would expect a tap to last longer than 5 months. Will never purchase from this company again

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a satnav from this company. It arrived ok but that is the only positive thing about the whole experience. It did not work properly and I was told to re package it and send it to their return address in China.
They will not cover return postage costs, which it illegal.
I was offered a 40% refund which is a rip off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I am still waiting for a refund but do not hold out much hope.

Fraudulent company

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
Out of the two items purchased. 1 was the wrong colour, the other was nothing like the advertisement and an extremely cheap fabricated copy. They then refused to provide a return address or any prepaid packaging after approximately 10 emails, they provided a return address in China. Throughout they kept delaying and offering discounts, then even offered a free item and suggested it would take over a month for a refund to be processed.

I am currently going through my bank raising a dispute to get the money back.

I feel like I’ve been scammed

I feel like I’ve been scammed, this is just another Temu like site with high prices. Cheap products shipped from china about 3 weeks delivery. I’ve been ripped off!

Very poor service

I ordered the product on 4th January. The wrong item was delivered almost 3 weeks later. They've agreed it's the wrong product but now still haven't agreed to replace or refund. They respond on email, but no action results, at least so far, after almost 5 weeks. Will never use this company again.

Do not order from this site. Goods arrived in poor quality and were not in working order. When I contacted them they kept promising to resolve the issue but never did. False promises.

Do not buy from Oraliu! The quality of the jacket I ordered priced at £65 was terrible, the material is so thin. The returns process has been awful, emails are responded to at 00:05 so each negotiation has taken over a day to get anywhere. They started with offering a 30% refund which would be paid in 2-3 days but I’d not have to send the jacket back, if I wanted a 100% refund I’d have to cover the cost of returning jacket to china and only once it was received would they start the refund process which they say would take 28-35 days for me to then receive money! Not acceptable and terrible customer service

Cant reccomend !

We ordered a lamp from this company, then we checked on Trustpilot. So we didn't hold much hope of recieiving the goods, much to our suprise about ten days later the lamp turned up. It wasn't broken or damaged it works as it should, just wasn't as hi end as it appeared on the website, also i feel it was about £20 overpriced for the quality. Needless to say we would not reccomend or use this company again.

Very late late delivery like

Very late late delivery like, 3 weeks to be exact. Once arrived found item to be of extremely poor quality. Very cheap materials. I bought a supposedly professional manicure/pedicure set. Look like something out of a Christmas cracker. Totally my fault, I should of read the reviews of this company. I usually do. Why do Amazon be a platform for these people. Once bitten twice shy, never use them again hopefully no-one else will.

I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The company told me they were a small family business based in the UK.
My tap took 15 days to arrive, from China! It was broken.
I sent a picture to the company and they offered me a 30% refund.when I did not accept they offered me 40%.
I refused again and was told if I wanted a full refund I had to send the broken tap back to China.
I feel they are trading under false pretences.

When the Fairy Glo Garden Statue…

When the Fairy Glo Garden Statue finally turned up in broken packaging it was broken the Head and Wings had broken off due to bad packaging which was extremely flimsy for a garden ornament. I will be returning for a full refund and I see on Trust Pilot there will be a problem! I should of read about this company before will not be ordering again.

oraliu were selling frame drums

oraliu were selling frame drums, suggesting they were hand made and of good quality, the image shows a big Frame Drum with a solid wooden tree shaped handle at the back the skin looked like proper skin, they hinted towards it being hand made in UK. It was ordered just before Christmas,it came 2 weeks after and had been sent out direct from China it was a kids toy, the skin was artificial it was about 9inches in size very light the wood was a cheap stained ply which was broken and would not have withstood any holding or impact. We have asked for a refund, but I think we will be very surprised if this happens, absolute con, £50.00 down the drain at the most expensive time of year, hopefully Karma will assist in closing this 'company' down for want of a better title, it is a scam and you would be best to avoid at all costs!

Review of neck support pillow

Review of neck support pillow. This pillow is of sub standard. It id ridiculously soft and squishy and cannot offer any neck support. It squashes down after 2/3 days use.
It was very expensive and offers none of the qualities in the advert.
It should be taken off sale.immediately. I want a refund.

You will need to be patient.

When you order a product from this company you will have to be patient. I ordered a watch on the 8 December in the hope it will arrive before Christmas but it was delivered on the 29 December, so I assume it was stocked directly in China. There was some tracking and a reponse on some queries I had raised though that could have been a AI bot. The product itself was as advertised and is working ok.

If I could write less than a one star

If I could write less than a one star, believe me I would more fool me for not doing my homework and checking about the authenticity of this company I was ordering my son‘s Christmas present from. I usually would never ever order from China as I’ve had bad experiences in the past but unfortunately with their false advertising didn’t realise that this was in fact a company in China and as I have just read the other reports about this company I am feeling sick to my stomach. I ordered a wet weather gear top and trousers for my son who has taken up shooting. My son is 6‘4“ ex rugby player ordered the 2XL which is his size. It arrived 15 days later and about four sizes too small it is not an xxl as my husband is a large and it doesn’t even fit him. I am only reading the trustpilot reviews this morning. So I ordered the 4XL and told them that I wanted to send the other one back. I have had the offer of 30% and keep it 40% and keep it. I want my full refund which is what I’m entitled to by law. I have contacted them continuously and they never get back straight away. You have to wait days never been so disappointed before now. I have read these reviews. I feel a little more stupid than previously because I have re-ordered from them.😢

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Package is in China, no delivery date advised and I've had several Spam calls since placing the order.
So before responding with a 'we're sorry you had this experience' start telling customers when their packages are arriving 'Oraliu'.
