This company has scammed me.
I ordered a Zara coat which came with no label
wrong size and different coat than the one ordered.
I have contacted them and still no reply or anyway of returning the jacket.
This company should be made to repay every customer that they have taken money from without fulfilling the order.

Advertised Zara coat reduced £82 to £56. Worst cheapest quality , sizing large but even size 8 daughter can't zip up. Returns to China or they offer 20% refund . No reviews on site youveinder why absolute bad reviews and so many conned out if hard earned cash. Needs reporting and removing off Google for deceptive products n marketing
I suggest all on here complain to google ads to get this company removed for deception . I will take forward as I am appalled of everyone here Inc me being scammed . They price high to look like goods are high quality using brand names like zara

I ordered some trainers that looked fab on the Internet from a store in the Netherlands, original fashion.

They turned up 2-3weeks later, were much smaller than the size I ordered, very cheaply made with glue showing all over, nothing like the advertised product.

After 4 attempts they emailed back, with a load of rubbish how I had to inform them by post if I wanted to return and pay for them to be shipped back to China, which is where the are actually based.... not the Netherlands. The links they provided to initiate this didn't work, but they said I could have a 20% refund to protect the environment.

Clearly a very suspicious company. l Avoid at all costs

I would give this company no stars if I could. This is a company in China. They do not respond to emails and the items are counterfeit and cheap. DO NOT USE them.

Order a large mens jacket which can fit a size 8 girl very poor quality

after reading the reviews on this company I have the same issues. The coat I bought thinking it was from the Netherlands had arms that were far too narrow for the size of the rest of the coat and they want me to send it back to China at my expense and now my emails get returned and unanswered. It won't fit anybody so I can't even give it away and the workmanship is very poor. The worst £66.60 I spent this Christmas. It looks like a European Company on the website. I will be opening a case with Paypal.

They are of very poor quality, they arnt what they say, thin as anything you can see right through the material, I emailed they offered 20% refund & not return the items, this says everything to me, I've sent about 5 emails requesting full refund, I'm going to go to my bank to see if I can get refunded as they are scamming people left right & centre & this is unfair.the support email is non existence, the phone just rings & rings or its an engaged tone.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Shocking Service awful products, they definitely saw this mug coming! I ordered two products from this "company"! back on the 3rd December 2024 and they eventually posted the items out on the 18th December 2024 after me chasing them! I attempted to use Paypal for a resolution as the items were ordered as a Christmas gift and didn't arrive in time. In fact, I am fortunate that they arrived at all as the courier left them on the doorstep and I was away from home. so the items did arrive the quality was poor, the sizing way off the mark and the only way to take advantage of the 30 day returns policy is to return to china. Everything everyone who has written a 1 star review has said is true and please save yourself money and stress, by staying away from this clothing store it's not what it portrays. If you have a problem their emails are in German and they request that you don't take your resolution to paypal and offer %30 not to then up it to %40 of the price of goods ordered.

Very poor quality cardigan £39.99 nothing like the picture orderd large was more like a small so I asked for a refund and sent it back to the return address on the web site which says Netherlands. I got an email today to say it needs to be returned to China. Do not use this company scam

Ordered a 'cashmere' cardigan. When it eventually arrived the label showed it is actually made of acrylic, nylon and polyester - no cashmere at all - and is of poor quality.
Have complained via the support email address but with no response.
Should have read the reviews before ordering. Hopefully others will read this before ordering and avoid being scammed.

Dreadful bag arrived not as advertised, and £28 to return to China? Has anyone received a refund from this company?

I agree with all other reviews, I ordered on the 9th December and it came today. Definitely not worth the 49.99 I paid. Don’t buy from this company, it’s cheap and nasty and not what I expected. No point emailing you get the same old email back with no answers to your questions, that’s if you actually get one back. Making money out of fake goods. Shouldn’t be allowed and I won’t be ordering again from any company unless they are in the Uk. Disgusted customer. Should not be allowed a website to sell trash and have people over.

I'd like to leave no stars but that's not an option, I purchased a waterproof jacket in a size Large. It's more like an extra small, I've emailed them asking for a return label which they won't provide, they are expecting me to send it back to China although the address online is the Netherlands. How are they getting away with this?
My advice to anyone is TO STAY AWAY FROM BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bad news lost 54 pounds left with nothing like a Zara coat no label and 3 sizes to small how do people get away with a Scam like this

This is a scam. I ordered the women’s size medium Zara coat as advertised I have had delivered a non branded child’s coat from China with no Zara labels. Do not order from this company.

Like everyone, I wish I had checked reviews before buying from this low life garbage scammer. It was leading up to Christmas and I was in a rush to purchase some gift for my husband, so my common sense went out the window. The jumpers (labelled Ralph Polo - Italian design, priced at £44.99 so not cheap) are made of very thin, almost see-through fabric. There's no quality in the design either. The jumpers don't hold no shape nor form. I tried to contact their customer service via a contact form on their website (their email and phone number don't work) and got an email saying I need to send the goods back to China. Yet the return policy on their website gives a return address in Holland. Obviously I won't be sending the goods back to neither address. I have instead opened a dispute case with my credit card company (Amex) to get my money back that way hopefully.
