Well obviously I never read these reviews prior to ordering!! Ordered a jacket and a jacket did arrive but nothing at all like one i ordered. No luck in email as doesn't recognise with failure to send. Guess chalk it down to experience but annoyed with myself!!

Do not buy from here. Cheap crap from China & very poor quality...sent 2 of the same size that weren't even on my order then tell me to return to China once my request has been approved by letter!

Scam. Rubbish quality. Went to post back but would have cost £25 return to China, so coat and tracksuit went to clothes bank. Avoid!!!!

I bought a jumper which was falsely claimed to be pure cashmere.
The product arrived after 3 weeks and it is of the most low quality acrylic . Not cashmere at all.

If was possible to give them 0 stars i would. The item I ordered was delivered in the wrong size and when I contacted the customer after sales team I didn't receive any response or solution to my request for a return or refund. The item ( woman's winter coat) that was delivered was really bad quality and not worth the price of £51. I advise not to buy anything from this company as you will feel scammed.

Absolute scam !! My mum bought what she thought was a navy blue puffer coat for £58.(she never shops online) normally i would buy things for my mum but she thought this was a legit website for zara. So when she showed me i told her to see how she can get a refund and we found that you can cancel upto 24hours after your order so 30 minutes after the purchase i did the following process and wrote an email to cancel which did not exist as it would not send. You can not call the number at all. So looked on here and realised she had been scammed. We have gone straight to the bank and they advised to dispute when the payment is not pending. They advised 100s of people have reported that same company !! Hope this helps others to AVOID!!!! Also when the coat arrived it smells like pure plastic. If you put a match near it it would go up in flames. There no Zara tag only one made from china, it has arrived in the colour black and was meant to be a size 14 but it like a child's and I'm a size 10. The stitching looks like a child has done it. I cant describe how cheap the coat actually looks.

DO NOT touch this company with a barge pole. I got caught out as I thought I was buying a Zara jacket from Zara - will teach me to be extra careful that I am on the right website ! A Khaki jacket arrived … no way is this a Zara jacket - cheap and nasty. Cashmere Cardigan is actually an acrylic nylon and polyester mix. Like other reviewers I am trying to go through PayPal but question why they don’t black list them if people are pursuing claims via them.
20% discount an insult - and return to China when company based in Netherlands ! Grrrr

Absolute scam, do not buy from this company. Bought in a panic buy for christmas present, didn't arrive for 4 weeks. Total rubbish, not anything like photo or description, implied was ralph lauren.
Emailed re return ,got nonsense email that said I had to write and post a letter to say I want to return!!
Then post to China! Surely they should not be allowed to advertise falsely or trade , look at all these reviews!! Am out £60!

If I could give 0 I would as this is a fake company selling fake goods and should be removed from online. I have received what they call Zara coat and a jumper, well they are not Zara items and it's impossible to return them as the link and emails they send don't work. It's very sad that people can be trading like this and take our hard earn money. Almost £90 down the drain, absolutely shocking and also reported to Paypal

Advertised as Zara jacket, content Down. Ordered a medium. The jacket arrived is 100% not Zara, 100% not filled with Down and the size medium is more like XXS
Emailed for returns advise and get an email back that’s in a different language! Reported to trading standards!

Please, please read my review and experience with this fraud!!! This company needs to be reported to international fraud and scam authorities, as it is deceiving people left and right. Here’s how their scam works:

They lure you in with what seems like an irresistible product deal. In my case, they advertised a HUGO jacket “reduced” from £118 to £64. At first glance, it looked like a fantastic bargain, so I placed an order.

Two weeks later, I received the jacket, shipped all the way from Hong Kong. The moment I opened the package, I realised that something is wrong and I had been scammed. The jacket was so cheaply made and not even worth £10. There was no return label in the package, so I checked their website for return instructions. That’s when things got worse.

The so-called return address wasn’t in Hong Kong, it was a residential area in the Netherlands. When I tried emailing them for assistance, my email bounced back because the email address was fake.

This is their scam strategy:

They send you an inferior, low-value product.
If you attempt to return it, you must pay the return international shipping to Hong Kong not Netherlands
Even if you send it back, you are unlikely to receive a refund or exchange.
Here’s my advice: Do not return the product. Instead, contact your bank immediately and file a fraud complaint. Provide them with all the details of the transaction and mention that Trustpilot is filled with similar complaints about this company. Banks are obligated to protect you from scams and should refund your money.

This is how I successfully handled my case and got my money back. DO NOT LET SCAMBAGS WIN, AND TAKE OUR HARD-EARNING MONEY IN THEIR POCKET. We all have rights as paying consumers!!!

Arrived today. Don’t purchase from this company as a complete scam.
No labels, poor quality, rubbish stitching. Supposed to be Ralph Lauren!
Advertises a returns policy but you can’t email them back as it says the email contact address is invalid.
Claims the website is in the Netherlands but the address on the parcel is from Brierley Hill. Steer clear. £50 down the drain 👎🏻

Would give zero if I could. I too purchased the Zara jacket and could make better myself, it’s awful. No email with details to allow me to return, the contact number on their website does not work and all emails to them bounce back. I’ve opened a dispute via PayPal in the hope that they can help. Wish I’d have seen these reviews before buying which is why I am adding mine to save others being conned in the same way. It’s disgusting and they should not be allowed to get away with it

I brought a coat which looked like quality what I received was a trash looking jacket which does not fit

It is so difficult to send back as the company is in China and the packaging is ridiculous

I am waiting for a 20% refund due to the company requesting me to return the item to China.
The company is based in Amsterdam so I am confused? why there requesting China

WARNING - Purchased shoes - took a long time to arrive (in a bag). They can barely be considered shoes - the upper parts look to be a type of compressed cardboard. Obviously a scam company. Offered 20% return if unhappy to ‘protect the environment’. £50.00 wasted.

I bought a Zara coat for my daughter the quality was disgraceful it was not a zara coat there was no label even on it
I also bought a ralph Lauren 1.4 zipper which was the same no label and material disgraceful
I've tried to say I want refund because it was too small but they said I had to fill in a customs form etc but to save planet waste they would refund me 20% I said no and clicked on the link to customs and returns and couldn't open as no longer available
So I was scammed £110
Not leaving it as the site needs to be taken down but because it's china I don't really have a leg to stand on
I've started getting weird transactions on the card I bought them with I firmly believe this is where it's coming from
Luckily my account was in a minus lol

Wish I could choose no stars. I ordered "pure cashmere" jumpers in light blue and maroon. I received after weeks of waiting 2 pale blue thin shapeless and nothing like cashmere. I am furious I did not read reviews before ordering. Do NOT order from this company.

This company is a scam . Is unbelivebile that is possible to exist something like that in Europe and authorities doesn't take legal actions against this type of seller. I paid 70 pounds for a jacket I never recived and when I wrote them an about it ,they answered in german...
