Got the wife boots and the zip burst straight away I email and all they wanted to do was give me 20% back or send them back to china at my cost if I new they were from there I would never had ordered I told them I wanted half my money back now there not answering my email or giving me any refund there stuff and service is rubbish stay away folks.

Fake clothing, and very poor customer service. Do not purchase from this company. When I raised this with PayPal who also handled it poorly, they wanted the fee to return the item that they'd fasley advertised. You couldn't make it up

Gutted they got me to. Chloe suit price to good to be true come. Cheap as chips material worth way less than I paid. To cancel and get my money back I had to send it to China if not I would get 20% refund. It's a con and a fraud. I only wish I had stopped and read the reviews first. I was lead to believe the company was Nordiqc not Chinese. I'm so annoyed with myself.

How I wish I had read your reviews! i have received incorrect goods and expected to jump through hoops and return them to China at my expense. Do not under any circumstances use this unethical company

I ordered a suit for my mum for a wedding, arrived today, nothing like the picture, fabric thin and stitching around the pockets weren’t finished off, when I complained told me to fill in numerous forms to return to China ( I ordered it so I thought from the Netherlands) or I could have 20% refund and not return which only covered the cost of returning to the Netherlands. Huge mistake , please don’t anyone else get taken in by this company

Do not buy from original fashion I purchased a wool coat , £69 , original fashion sent me a grammys coat horrible material and to return coat it would of cost £20 meaning I would of spent £88 , Original fashion offered me 20% of the cost of the coat as a good will Hester yet I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN SO I SPENT £68 POUNDS & I GOT A GRANNYS HORRIBLE MATERIAL COAT DO NOT BUY FROM ORIGINAL FASHION

These scumbags should be tracked down .

Unfair and fake advertising. Items are cheap fake versions of the items advertised on their website. Poor quality, mostly cheap material, mainly polyester.

I rarely buy from FB adverts but this is yet another reminder that I shouldn’t.
No quality control and no fact checking… allows these fake and cheap companies get away with it.

Return to China, when they posted it from Amsterdam! Email doesn't work. Got to send an email notifying of return, but you can't as it don't work. Cheek of it , says you don't need to return and you will get 20% refund lol. Big Big scam do not waste your money. Also the item is not as described. It was supposed to be a zara jacket, It is not! Really bad. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I wish I'd read these reviews before. I have had the identical experience as so many others. Ordered two 'linen' shirts for my son for Christmas. They looked great on website and were eexpensive. When they arrived they were cheap polyester and horrible. Nothing as advertised. I can't get a return unless I go through some complicated process and send to China. I pay the postage!!
They offered me 20% refund and I keep the shirts! I don't want the shirts! NO-ONE WANTS THE SHIRTS! This is a completely fraudulent company. I cannot believe that they are trading after all the negative reviews! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This has taught me to always read Trustpilot reviews if I am not buying from Amazon. TERRIBLE. CRIMINALS!

My experience has been similar to all those other bad ones. I ordered an oversized sweatshirt in 2 sizes and they came and the quality was awful and cheap, they were tiny! I managed to get refund details, but the link I had to go to did not work. They said I had to pay to send the goods back to china, thought they were in the Netherlands!? Offered a 20% refund! Dreadful do not buy from them!

Don’t, just do not buy. Wish i had read these reviews first. 100%scam. Hope you bought on credit card as you have a chance of getting your money back. So angry and upset, supost to ne Dutch but turns out to ne a Chinese scam

Avoid like the plague. Cheap knock offs from China. Item nothing like the picture. Thin a toilet paper, wrong colour, cheap as chips.

The clothing item was rubbish at £54.99 They refused to give me return instructions so I followed instructions on their website and returned the item to Amsterdam at a cost of £14.50 tracked with Royal Mail even though they advertise Free Returns on their website. They refuse to refund me &insist my contract with them is still live and I have to send the item to China or accept a refund of 20% of the cost. Even though it went to Netherlands. No way to reform gangsters. They should not be allowed a platform to sell fraudulently. I am raising a dispute with Pay Pal.

This company is a complete rip-off. I ordered two jackets, both were tailored in the picture. What I received was beyond words? They were made of cheap thin material with no sign of tailoring at all. Like a couple of very cheap overalls. If I want to return them, I have to send to China! That will cost money and I don’t think they will refund my money anyway! Absolute rip off so don’t buy from this company!!

Wish to god I had not ordered from this company. I ordered a coat for my daughters Christmas present and emailed to cancel it within 30 minutes of ordering, but they chose to ignore my email.
I continued sending emails, tried to contact them by phone unsuccessfully. They sent me a link to
return which didn't open.
I finally got the coat on the 10th January, was supposed to be a large to fit a 40 year old, it would probably be to small to fit my 8 year old grand- daughter.
This company needs to be shut down. After reading the reviews, a lot of people must have lost money. They are quick to take it from you but have no intention of giving it you back. Absolutely Shocking. One star is too good for them.

I ordered a jacket burgundy colour, but I received a pink jacket instead of that one and this doesnt look like in the picture. I want to return it but I can’t find on their site how can I do it. Don’t order please, avoid this.
