Less than a one star. Ordered a jacket and a 'finest quality' wool coat as Christmas presents. I was so angry when I opened the package. Cheap material and terrible quality. Nothing like the pictures advertised on their website. I've been conned and it is disgraceful that this company is still allowed to trade. Offered a 20% refund and keep the coats - what an insult - I'd rather burn them. Tracked postage to China costs £30 or more and then will I ever see my money? Their website clearly states they are in The Netherlands - CROOKS!!

Wish that I had read this before buying from this website. The jacket was advertised as 'ZARA' and it most definitely isn't Zara quality. Trying to get a response about the return process and haven't heard a word in over a week (although they say 24-48 hours for a response). The number on their website (in the Netherlands) doesn't work either. Total scam.

my wife ordered a quarter length zip sweater online from this company

they sent TWO full length zipper garments with hoods that were nothing like the original

when she asked to return them they wanted her to post them to CHINA despite the website saying they were based in Amsterdam.

I suspect this is a standard procedure and they assume that as the return to china is almost as much as the value of garments people will lose interest and forget about it

I think this constitutes fraud but it is complicated by international boundaries. I have reported the to the credit card company and the consumer organisation in the Netherlands.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Products not as described, quality dreadful. Zero customer service. And forget about any returns policy as it’s completely useless.
You have been warned

The company needs to include a measurement chart to help customers work out which size best suits them
It needs to make it clear before making a purchase that the customer has to pay for goods to be returned to China before any claim can be considered.

I wish I'd read the reviews before my husband ordered from this company. The item that arrived was nothing like what was ordered...wrong size, different pattern and cheap material. They are theoretically based in the Netherlands but goods have to be returned to China using a German courier... when I queried the return address (3 times) I had no response. I am looking for redress through my credit card company. Avoid this company!

PayPal refunded FULL amount... with minimal effort.
I escalated straight away through the formal PayPal Resolution Centre vs. PayPal Mode Haus. I shared background details, photo's of the goods I received vs pictures on website and also their email reply offering me a 50% discount and keep good etc. Also have reported the company everywhere I can. It probably won't make a difference - but was driven to help stop other people having to go through this experience with these con artists.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding a recent purchase from your website, I purchased a coat advertised as a high-quality item for £49.99; however, what I received was a poorly made, lightweight, and cheap item resembling a dressing gown.

This is a clear case of misrepresentation and fraud. The coat delivered does not align with the description or images on your website. I immediately requested a full refund, as is my right under consumer protection laws. However, your response has been unsatisfactory and deceptive.

1. Misleading Business Address:
Your website states that your business operates out of the Netherlands, yet the item was shipped from a return address in the UK (Returning Warehouse unit E7, The Willows Industrial Estate, Fens Pool Avenue, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 1QA).

2. Unacceptable Return Request:
You have requested that I return the item to:

Address: F2, Building 8, No. 89, Siyuan Road, Yidong Industrial Zone, Niansanli Street, Yiwu, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province 322000, China.
This is unreasonable, especially considering your European business address. I would not have proceeded with the purchase had I known the item originated from China.

3. Unfair Refund Offer:
--Offering a mere 20% refund as compensation is insulting and unacceptable. I have paid for a product based on false advertising and expect a full refund for this fraudulent transaction.

I have escalated this matter to PayPal as a formal complaint and will continue to pursue this issue until I receive a full refund. Additionally, I will be reporting your business to the relevant consumer protection authorities and exposing these deceptive practices to ensure others do not fall victim to similar fraud.

I demand a full refund of £49.99 within 14 days from the date of this letter.

I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this matter amicably.

Awful clothes. Total rubbish. Do not buy. No returns policy. Scam. Wish I had seen these reviews first.

Stay away from these appaling crooks. Spent a lot of money on a Christmas gift and what came was nothing like what was ordered. Cheap rubbish. They ask to return to China at a fortune, and don't reply to e mails. Stay well clear!

LYING, GREEDY FRAUDSTERS
Paid £50 for what was supposed to be a 1/4 zip mens jumper. It is the cheapest, most poorly made tat you could imagine and then some.
They do not respond to emails and pretend they are in the UK as you order, this is a lie. The 'garments' come from China. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered a jumper in December, when arrived it was nothing as described.
Had to return it which costed me nearly £20. They asked the item to be returned to China.
Making return so expensive , you think twice if you want to go through the hassle.
I also had to go through paypal to receive a refund at least for the item.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Placed an order on 29th December 24, items delivered on 6th January 25, I was pleased with the delivery time, the one and only positive.
Upon opening the items they are sized very small and the quality of the items were very disappointing , a very cheap quality.
The description of the item states good quality linen, the items that arrive are labelled 100% cotton, so are falsely advertised breaching consumer law.
I have sent a number of emails from the 6th January asking to return the items and have a refund. It says on the automatic email reply that they will get back within 12-24 hours but nothing received over 48 hours after.
I have now read all the awful reviews calling this company a scam.
I will update when/if I receive a reply and how this was resolved.

So received an email reply, not 12-24 later as the auto reply states but 5 days later, but a reply all the same.
So despite the website and all previous email contact being in English the email reply is in a foreign language. Obviously a delay tactic.
I have replied asking for a reply im English, I await a reply.

I have used google translate and the return address is in China despite the return address on my package stating the West Midlands. I’ve now opened up a dispute with PayPal.

PayPal issued a full refund.

Just a update to my original post, I opened a case with PayPal regarding the scam company Original Fashion with plenty evidence, pics, links to the site etc and won the case the refund has been issued today. £58.99

If you have paid for items from this company via PayPal then please open a case to get a refund and hopefully PayPal will block their account

Scam Chinese website ordered a coat in adults xl for £77 . A totally different coat arrived from china two weeks later it’s so small it fits my 11 year old son. Website won’t reply to emails so started a case with PayPal the seller offered £30 refund I refused then they offered £46 which I accepted because of reviews iv seen here. Don’t lose your money like me

This company is a scam. The sizes do not fit and they are a Chinese company registered under a company called Mode Gallerie pte registered in Singapore. Basically they will drag everything out and don’t expect PayPal to help because they won’t. This company knows exactly what they’re doing and all of the loopholes to get away with stealing your money. Don’t buy from them or any other company registered under Mode Gallerie pte.

Two items not even close to what I ordered and in order to send them back, they send you a massive document you have to have scanned and signed, etc. making it virtually impossible! Stay away

Just same as below. Ordered jacket. Came with poor quality. Sent it back to china. Lost another £20 for postage. No contact over the email. Looks like they did well in December on lying to people. Avoid at all cost!
