TERRIBLE fake Chinese crap; not what we ordered; no response for refund
I wish I had searched for these reviews earlier. Shipping to weeks longer than advertised. The pajamas are made with a very cheap, awful, thin material. The image and lettering is printed backward and the words are just shapes. They sent a completely different set of dog pajamas that are not even close to the image. No response at all from the company for a return. I am filing a complaint with PayPal to get a refund.
Update: they reached out, see below, ~6mths later offering help. They denied any sort of assistance when we reached out via email and via PayPal. They refused any sort of return/refund. We made a claim with PayPal and after an investigation they determined that we were due a full refund. I hope soon PayPal will be removing their services from this site to avoid more scams. STAY AWAY

Complete knock off junk. Not worth one star. They are using some other company’s photos as their own. Material was NOTHING what was shown in photos. In order to refund you have to pay shipping to China. Avoid this company unless you want junk or to throw away your money!

SCAM
SCAM! This company is not based in the U.S.A; claims on their website are flat-out lies. The website says they will respond to emails in 24 hours; when you write to them, they send an automated message that tells you they will respond in a few days. The Trustpilot rating on their site is also false. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Update: I finally received the products, two days after I complained about this vendor to Shopify (which hosts their platform) and my credit card company. Upon requesting a refund, I received a message that states due to the fact they moved to an international warehouse, my shipping fee would be very high so they offered a 20% discount off my product (and I keep them) or a 50% credit for future purchases. Who would trust this company after such a poor experience?
I have also found out that one can report these kinds of firms to the FTC via an online form - this site doesn't allow me to post the link but you can search it very easily by putting in "FTC" and "Shopping Fraud".

Whatever you do avoid this company. One month after ordering the order finally arrived - the only thing they got right was the size. I ordered the abstract cats design - long sleeve and long bottoms. Got short sleeve top and shorts in a bear design. After reading reviews they will become a charitable donation because of the mistake and the difficulty customers have encountered with attempting returns. Their shipping updates are almost nonexistent and any attempt to communicate with them is answered with a response everyone else gets - no reference to your specific order. My order was not even processed until 2 weeks
after it was placed. So my red star is meant as a warning to spend your hard earned money ELSEWHERE!

Made the mistake to not research this fake company before. Wanted to gift my girlfriend a nice cozy Pyjama for Christmas. Ordered on the 7th, only arrived today. 100% NOT cotton as claimed. And then not even the right motive. What a shame.

Very disappointed to say the least. Thought I was buying from an American company but no! Order was sent from China.
Took almost a month from order date before item was delivered.
Item was much smaller than anticipated (ordered XL) but run very small.
Do not recommend. Shop around and find something else.

Same as everyone here- ordered over a month ago and found out today that they are being shipped from China . I didn’t do the usual due diligence because on their website they show a picture from Trustpilot with all 5 stars! Totally fake!

I ordered pajamas expecting them to be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. It’s January a month later and still no pajamas. I think I wasted my money. This is a scam company, I had no idea they were being shipped from China. they should be banned from US Internet if that’s possible.

Everything your reading about this company is 10000% true. This is a highly sophisticated website. No true way to make contact with them. Ordered christmas pajamas December 4, i have received daily email offers but no ahipping info its now December 26th no shipping no tracking but they immediately took my money. This company needs to be reported to attorney generals in each state for this to be shut down. I have been sending emails to no avail, phone number listed is always busy. What other options is there for consumers?

Scam website. Ordered Xmas PJ's. Payment accepted immediately and no shipment info or response after multiple inquiries. Aurto response from preier trust store and diferent comapny name for receipt. Happy I used Amex to take care of dispute.

This company is horrible. I ordered from them and paid for expedited shipping and still didn’t receive my items. They say they respond to emails within 24 hours and that’s a lie too. I emailed them 3 days ago and still haven’t heard bs k.

Want to give no stars. Ordered our family Christmas pajamas December 1st. Being that they clearly plaster all over website will arrive within “7-10 business days” I took the plunge and placed the order. They still have not arrived and have been sitting in the same location at LAX for over a week now. We are so disappointed and with it being so close to Christmas we cannot find pajamas for our family anywhere and are out $180 plus expedited shipping and insurance from this lousy company. I’ve sent emails to no avail. Do not order from here. Seriously.

I ordered Christmas pajamas for my grandchildren and they have never arrived, but they refused to refund my money and who knows where they're at. I had ordered five pairs so will be contacting my credit card company to see if they can help me get my money back
