Order takes longer than what is specified on the web site. Quality is not as expected for the price. Can get better quality for about the same price elsewhere, like Target or Old Navy. Would not order from again.

images of nice quality pjs and then delivered a piece of crap. looked fuzzy and warm in the photo but got a cotton onesie. I REORDERED FROM AMAZON AND GOT GOOD QUALITY, THIS BUYER CLEARLY STOLE PHOTOS BC IT IS NOT THE SAME PRODUCT

I ordered holiday PJs from this company and not only did it take over 3 weeks to arrive, but when they finally arrived, they were not "cozy" as advertised, they were actually very thin and scratchy. When I tried to return them, I sent an email stating why I wanted to return them and received an email back asking why I wanted to return them. Since then, there have been several emails asking me why I want to return the items and reminding me that I only have 30 days to return, but still NO instructions on how to return. I think their game is to keep stalling until th 30 days are up and it's too late! I am now emailing them daily but have not heard back in 3 days.
I am telling all my friends not to order from them!

If I could give it a zero I would even when I tried to call. I get a busy signal. I’ve not received any tracking information. Only a website that you have to pay 999 a week to track your package.? This is a scam. It’s the worst ever I will never ever recommend these people or order from them again all my emails they sent me the same email over and over again.!! I’ve asked for my money back and got no reply! They said delivery be December 9 wow it’s December 23. Still nothing do not order from these people. They are scams. There’s no way to track your package. They literally ruined by Christmas as I don’t have any money to buy anything else for my family.!

Pajamas are cheap, scratchy and way too small. When I asked for a return and refund, all I got was the runaround. Website says they will send a prepaid return shipping label, but that is a LIE. Absolutely no customer service. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Like everyone else I haven’t received my order. Ordered family Christmas PJs back in November. This website is a scam.

THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
I ordered family Pajamas mid November and they still haven’t left China!
I’ve emailed them a hundred times asking for my money back and they keep sending me emails saying “rest assured, your package is on the way”
As these are Christmas Pajamas for my children they won’t fit next year. I wouid give them no stars if i could!!

If there was 0 stars....that is what I would checked. They do not stand by their return policy. They stated to me that they know their shipping return policy is misleading(their words, not mine) and they are working to correct it. That was a month ago when I started my return after receiving the cheap, size of being so small for the size I ordered. They wanted me to pay for the shipping which would have been more than the cheap pajamas that were delivered. They finally agreed to a $20 credit bit now tell me they tried to refund but it was rejected. My card is good, I did not use paypal....it is on them to fix instead of telling me to call my credit card company or paypal....again my credit card is good and I do not have a PayPal account. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU SHOULD ALSO FORCE THEM TO TELL PEOPLE EXACTLY WHAT THE RETURN SHIPPING IS AND WHAT TO EXPECT. SCAM SCAM SCAM

No stars should be an option. Do not buy anything from this company. Unfortunately I didn’t think of researching the company before I ordered and regret it now since there is a clear pattern. Order took over a month to receive while site listed expected shipping time as 5-10 days. Of 6 items ordered, 2 were missing and 1 was not the color I selected. The pajamas are super thin, cheap polyester with colors/quality that don’t match online description. Had purchased items as gifts but would be embarrassed to give these to anyone. Customer service finally provided address in China for return after several attempts to provide a 20% discount instead and refusing to acknowledge that a third of my order is wrong or missing. Not sure it’s even worth me spending more money to return this junk based on other posts about refunds never being processed. Blatant consumer fraud.

Ordered two pairs of coveralls. Received them in September but they were defective (material was fraying and the color was not the same as online). Contacted company to return, they gave us several different options one of them being a partial refund. We took that, but it's been over three months with them not actually refunding our money. I have emailed the company and they've responded to me on several occasions, saying that they are forwarding it to accounts, but unfortunately, they have not actually done anything.

I ordered pjs that should’ve said “Griswold Family Christmas Lampoon Christmas Vacation” but when the pjs arrived, they said “Griswold Family Christmas LAMPeeN Christmas Wcattont” which is clearly wrong.

Also, the fabric is not cotton. It’s polyester.

Shipping was awful. I ordered November 6 and they arrived December 11. The shipping label had been replaced with one from New York but the underneath label was from China.

I emailed their email address to request a refund and to return them. I’ve gone back and forth four times now and they keep asking more stupid questions like was the incorrect printing on all sets of pjs. I e asked for a refund and return shipping label every time and still nothing. I filed a complaint with PayPal but I think this will be an expensive lesson for me. :-/ DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Seriously, do yourself a favor and just order from Amazon or Target.

Do not shop here. They did not send my items when they said they would ship them. The only sent them out once I reached out to them to say that I hadn't received any shipping information or my items.

Then over a month later I received my items and they were not the correct items I ordered.

Customer service has been no help as well. Do NOT waste your money.

1 Star is 1 too MANY! This site appears to be a total scam. I received no responses to emails, and now the entire family will be without pajamas for Christmas!

Horrible, cheap, see through pajamas. Then it cost over $80 to return ship to CHINA. So you are out your money.

DO NOT BUY from this company! If I could give Original Pajamas negative stars I would. I placed a large order for family “thermal” pajamas and received pajamas made of an inferior, flimsy jersey material. When I requested instructions to return items, they responded promptly, but offered only a 5% discount on my order, leaving me with pajamas that I really couldn’t gift my grandchildren. They appear to have no intention to honor their “easy returns” policy. After further research, I discovered that the pictures of items on Original Pajama’s website are actually exact copies of photographs (same models, same poses, even the same doggies) of higher quality pajamas sold by Pajamagram. These are clearly not pictures of the actual products being sold by Original Pajamas. This is deliberately fraudulent advertisement.

First, there was no way of knowing the items are shipped from China. Expect at least 3 weeks to receive your order. It’s overpriced Chinese junk.

The quality of these pajamas is terrible and the company will not accept returns. The pajamas I ordered appeared to be flannel but were of some sort of polyester, not at all what I expected. When I tried to return them, they refused.

Actually No Stars for this company. I ordered cozy footed pajamas for my granddaughters, as advertised and as pictured. Instead recieved silky, cheaply made pajamas from China.
Poor quality and deceiving advertising. DO NOT BE DECEIVED!!!!!!!!

Unacceptable customer service. I order 4 matching pajamas for my family and received cheap product, nothing compared to what was being described or pictured. Only one package was actually open, I notified customer service and they responded with only 5% refund. I don’t want 5%, I want to return product and received 100% refund because I didn’t received what I purchased. Don’t waste your time and money.

Ordered pj's for the family, haven't gotten any shipping updates, went to email them to cancel the order and emails keep bouncing back. Will need to dispute the charge with my CC company. They're a total scam. After the emails bounced back I looked up their address and it's just a random Canadian address.
