I ordered 4 pairs of pajamas. The first 3 were perfectly fine, however the 4th came to us as a 12T instead of a 12 kids. I reached out for an exchange before Christmas (still 24 days left) and was basically told too bad, it isn't possible. I will never order from this place again. Terrible customer service.

This is their ‘About Us’ page which I checked before ordering to be sure they were legit…and still they are a scam! Email bounces back saying scam or virus. I am going to try canceling thru my credit card company.

These wonderful warm & cozy friends have been a staple in countless houses around the world and instantly win your heart over by allowing you to bask in the purest of comfort.

Now, as someone who wants nothing but the best quality in my clothes (As do most people!), I tend to browse sections of pajamas that come at quite a hefty cost compared to any brand. Having pj's for the winter months is always a must for me, so I decided to grab the best pair I could find at the mall. When I arrived, I could already feel the excitement surging throughout me! I made my way through multiple stores and found that buying a comfortable, high-quality set of pajamas costs a fortune. I was so surprised. I wasn't willing to drop $60 plus on a simple set of well-crafted pj's. I don't think anyone should have to spend loads of their hard-earned money to sleep with added comfort. Little did I know, that's where the idea of Original Pajamas was born!

I got home from the mall a bit upset having not come back with the perfect pair of pajamas, so I decided to take my search to a higher level. With how our world functions nowadays, there are millions of online shopping sites available with just a few clicks. Honestly, I spent that entire evening searching and searching through the depths of the internet and found that the one thing I couldn't seem to find was an affordable set of comfy pajamas. Whether it was Hudson's Bay or Garage, I couldn't land on my go-to set that would satisfy my every need. Then, out of nowhere, I sprung up with excitement and thought, "Why am I not doing this for others like me?" Having zero experience navigating through the E-Commerce World, I decided to reach out to some individuals whom I was acquainted with that ran personalized online stores. I tried to get as much information as I could to see if this was an idea that was worth it.

After having some Zoom calls with these individuals, I got a bunch of trusted suppliers and producers and started messaging each of them. Some of them dodged my messages, but majority of them seemed interested in helping me out. I read up about their processes and practices to make sure all were ethical and safe. About a week later, I knew who I wanted to work with and was ready for action!

Fast forward to the 2021 Holiday season, we've been able to scale our pajamas idea to new heights, and we're now known as Original Pajamas! With the great success we've had in the past year and a half, I was able to quit my job and focus on my dream full-time. Our superb pajama sets have entered the homes of thousands and created the perfect sleep companion without anyone burning a hole in their pocket. Brand names like Polo and Nautica get you with their massive price points, but we prefer to leave you with more cash in your pocket for other necessities.

I ordered two pair of pajamas both a size medium. I weigh 97 lbs and have a 26" waist. I received the pajamas 2.5 weeks after I placed the order and was shocked to see both pair have a waist that measures 10" across unstretched meaning a 20" waist. It stretches but I like my pj's to fit comfortably. I could not possibly wear these. I sent 5 total emails over a 10 days period trying to return /exchange them and I received an email from a company with a different name. They said I had to pay for return shipping and did not send instructions. I asked for instructions and still have not heard from them 8 days later. I would not rec this company. I believe they make it so difficult, expensive and lengthy to get return instructions that most people give up. I am convinced this is intentional. Their phone number 315 257-6103 is busy every time I called.

Horrible quality - the sizes are no where close to being correct. Horrible customer service. Wanted me to pay $108 to return $130 in merchandise - absolute joke!

Do not order from this company, I ordered family pajamas on 11/5 and never received. Now I am going to go to my credit card company to get my money back.

The quality of the material and graphics is not up to par. Customer service is unhelpful. Their return policy is a joke. Because they elected to move their warehouse to China (per the email I received), even though the website claims returns are possible you are only offered 20% as a return or a 50% gift card to buy some other cheaply made Chinese items.

I have submitted 10 emails tried calling numerous times with only a standard response. Cannot get a label back to return item that is too small! Horrible customer service! Will never order from them again! I submitted first email for return label the day it was delivered! Zero help. No label. Contacting my bank for help.

Absolutely, terrible quality! The fabric was see through, the quality of elastic very poor. When trying to return, the process is a hassle and the unhappy customer has to pay shipping back to China. NOT as Advertised. Do not waste your money. I would give a zero if that was an option.

Terrible! I ordered two pairs size medium. When I tried them on, I couldn’t even close them in the front and way too small so I immediately contacted them by text and they had me take a picture of the size on both pyjamas(why?). I actually liked the pyjamas and just wanted to exchange for a larger size.They sent me back a text saying that they do not do returns, but they would take 20% off my order and I could keep the pyjamas as a gift. Why in the world would I keep two pairs of pyjamas that I couldn’t even close in the front? I wish I had dug deeper into reviews. I doubt they will give me 20% off, but definitely not a reputable company as they try to lure you in with an additional discount. Not throwing any more money their way. Buyer beware. Just in case they read this and respond in a favourable way, I will rewrite the review but I’m skeptical.

Ordered pajamas on Sept. 24th for gifts for a girls trip at the beginning of October. It is now October 24th and I only received the pajama tops, NO bottoms. The event is over and since I could not use the pajamas for a gift I've emailed and tried calling for a refund but no response. I paid through Paypal so hopefully I can try to get my money back there. I also wish I had seen the reviews for this site before ordering.

These people are definitely scammers. When I received my order it was not even close to what I ordered. I got the same email as others reported - that it was a “variant” of what they had in stock. After arguing back and forth, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they refunded the charges. I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before I ordered.

Took 3 weeks to get then what I received was not an Adult Womens Large, it is a small at best. My 12 year old daughter who weighs 92lbs can't wear them as they are too small for even her!!! The offer from the company was to pay to ship them back to Huaxin Town, Quingpu District, Shanghai (This costs more than the pajamas) or they would kindly offer me 15% off my next order? Why would I EVER order anything from this Horrible Horrible company?

Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Was not made of cotton as advertised. Was going to cost almost as much to ship back as original price and the shipping was non-refundable.
Altogether a total miss. I will never order from this sight again.

Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. I received part of my order, and they refuse to ship the missing items. No phone number on their website, emails go unanswered or when they do reply it’s a generic response. Just had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Why didn’t I look at these reviews before I bought, I should have known just from the cheesy photos, Chinese scam site. Absolute bull crap business. They don’t ship, or reply, clearly I will never get a refund.

I had to escalate a claim with PayPal. I ordered a set of pajamas with oranges and orange piping. It took 3 weeks to arrive and when it finally did, they had sent a set with pink tulips. They tried to tell me it was “the correct product” but a “color variant” because of “the challenge of procuring some raw materials” (despite the fact that the website advertised and continues to advertise that the product is in stock) and only offered me a 10% refund or a full refund if *I* paid to ship back the wrong product. They responded that I would here from their “shipping department” in 1-3 business days, which never happened, so I filed a report on PayPal.
I gave them further chance to make it right by not choosing to communicate with the seller instead of escalating to a claim. However, they only offered me a $17.49 refund on a $43.94 order and to keep the product or reiterated PAYING to send the product back to China for a full refund. I refused it, saying I wanted a full refund and I was not paying any of my money or personal time for their mistake. They ignored my message and sent the return address plus asked me to dismiss the claim on PayPal. I have now escalated the claim and waiting to hear PayPals decision, hoping they do not reward this business’s highly unethical behavior.

I ordered pajamas July 13 and received a confirmation with an order number on July 27. That was my first clue of problems to come. I have not received the pajamas as of August 19. Sadly, they seem to be coming from China, which was not what was advertised. I emailed the company on August 15 and they have not responded. Very disappointing.

Impossible to say how horrible and scam this business is- several usa addresses on various websites- if you need to return the address is shanghai and a minimum of 40.00 to return- i am donating my purchase which sizing is for a little girl large and not adult-and itchy material i reported them to ftc and next state attorney general- scam scam scam- stay away

Original pajamas did not respect the shipment delay.

Original pajamas did not respect their own return policy.

Original pajamas was suppose to give me a return label that was promised on the website.

Original pajamas did not refund me yet even thought I sent them the proof of the return of the package.

The customer service of Original Pajamas is very bad. They called them champion but it’s a looser service.

I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

ordered a set of pyjamas beginning of June, received an email that the item has shipped a few days later and now almost 2 months later have not received them. Everytime I send an email for updates I get a standard email that says nothing specific. I have been more that patient and would like a refund but have no idea if I will be successful. I will make it my mission to let anyone know how terrible their customer service is.
