I was looking for the best of the best equipment at the best price. I built Identical PC's at the top 15 custom pc builder sites, and Origin has the best price by far, plus they gave me an upgrade to 96GB ram. I wanted an RTX 5090 with the latest AMD Ryzen 9 9950x3d2 and all the bells and whistles. Most of the other places were at least $1000 or more for pc's with 32 GB RAM, and Origin gave me everything I wanted and more for less. They were quick to build it and quick to respond with any questions I had. Lifetime customer from here on.

Jay F., of the chat support group, was quick to respond to each of my inquiries and provided detailed responses to my many questions. He was always courteous and patient.

Odette N. was able to provide an answer to my inquiry, as well as friendly, informative and patient with me. Odette also provided me with reassurance that Origin was aware of the issue and are working diligently to resolve it

I have owned an OriginPC laptop for 13 years. I've had one keyboard replaced promptly without issue. When I wanted to upgrade the hard drive to a SSD, the Origin team was helpful and supportive in advising how to do it myself. I bought this PC mostly for graphic design work, but I also played WOW for some years with no issue. In fact, I can still play with no graphic processing issues. Illustrator and Photoshop still run flawlessly as well.
All this to say Origin built a powerful, stable machine 13 years ago and it's still running strong. However, I am about to upgrade because it won't upgrade to Windows 11. Imagine a laptop lasting 13 years and still not sluggish or slow.

This is my 3rd laptop from Origin and I am happy to see things are in good shape there. I will continue buying from them, and i recommended everyone to origin. Can't thank you all enough for the hard work! And thank you Oliver for keeping me informed through the whole process. Your updates gave me piece of mind everything was going smoothly!

I really enjoy the look of the white, the functionality of the “glass” case, and the lights across the internal hardware. Excited to keep using this tower!

I've got to say, after reading some horror stories online about the direction Origin has been heading I was a little nervous but to my relief, everything was fantastic. There were no delays in shipping and it even showed up a little faster than I was expecting. The only time I had to speak with a rep from Origin on the phone, he was extremely pleasant and helpful (I forget his name) and Bryant was constantly reaching out via email to keep me posted on the status of my build, along with follow up checks a few weeks after delivery. Knock on wood, I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will gladly encourage friends to use Origin for their future builds

Jay F. the support representative that assisted me, was great. He walked me through potential issues and even informed me when he might be out of office in case I did not get a response. Super helpful and the human support I receive from Origin is a big reason I purchased from them.

I ordered a new workstation from Origin PC and was assigned a personal reference to contact with any questions and concerns. Eddy Hernandez answered my questions promptly, kept me up to date on status changes with my order and even informed my when they would be out of the office. 10/10 would recommend Origin PC and Eddy.

The prebuilt PC I received did not work and had to be sent back. I paid a premium for a prebuilt so that I could plug it in and use it right away. This should not happen.

Hal took over the support and some questions I had. For 30 years, I have been building my own PCs, and now I am a big fan of Origin. The builds are solid, the support is awesome, and I have really enjoyed and am still enjoying the PCs I have built with them for the last 6+ years.

The initial sale was fantastic. They communicated well, delivered on time, it was good experience. Unfortunately a 10K GPU failed within the first year. Like am manufacturing defect. It has a three year warranty, but i can't get support to respond. I have offered to pay to have advance rma, or whatever, but still getting ghosted.

I was in need of a high end gaming laptop & I had great experience in my last two orders. So, I figured I would stick with them again for a third time. The order process was easy & simple, I chose my parts carefully & it gave me an estimated ship date of May 26, 2026. One of the reasons I like Origin PC is because they automatically create a support ticket as soon as you make any new order to help answer any questions you might have.

My order was created on May 6, 2026 & I received it May 13, 2026. That is the fastest I have ever received anything from them as my last two orders(early 2021 for a laptop & early 2025 for a desktop) came from the eastern part of the United States but this order shipped from the same state I'm in, California! So, that was a very nice surprise! Thank you again to everyone at Origin PC!
