I am updating a review, which I gave Ortorex on the 27th December last. At that time, I had not received my order from them - even though the tracker said it had been delivered a week earlier. I had contacted the company but had not yet received a reply. However, they did reply yesterday, suggesting that I check neighbours and local businesses for my package. They undertook to follow it up, if I couldn't locate the package. They mentioned that Fastway was the courier. That was all I needed to hear, in order to know what had happened. Fastway are the worst courier company ever! At least twice before, their delivery people dumped my parcels in the local shop. They don't even try to deliver to the flats around here. Worse - they don't even text or call you to tell you where to find your package! Once Ortorex mentioned them, I went straight to the corner shop and found my package, which had been there for over a week. I replied to Ortorex to tell them what happened and to suggest that they change courier. I never shop anywhere that uses Fastway. I felt I had to update the very negative review I gave Ortorex because they did send a prompt, helpful reply to my query and I did eventually get what I ordered. I'll keep an eye on them though. If they don't to a more reliable courier, I won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered a bath pillow on 27 November ... at reduced price. Got several emails thanking me for my order and asking me to fill in a review. Replied to first saying I would when item was delivered. No indication of delivery date. Nothing has arrived. And to date payment hasn't been taken from my credit card.
All this while in painful recovery from procedure on my back.

PS further email from them today 9th December. They've processed my order. But no mention of delivery and strangely no payment taken.

PPS am gobsmacked!!! The pillow I ordered was delivered. I really never expected to see the pillow.

I hadn't found any payment going through but the realised I'd used OH's card and I'll get the bath pillow as a Christmas gift!! So can't comment on quality.

The poor delivery guy had to reverse about 700m down our access lane as another delivery van arrived just before him and neither had the wit to open our gates for access and plenty of turning space.

Very hard to contact or get a response from them, I never got any tracking or told when my order will arrive, after sending several emails still no response

you could stop taking money on the web then not send out a receipt or goods for starters.
I contacted immediately looking for receipt, no answer by email. Tried calling, number does not exist.
Basically they just steal your money and are criminals.

Biggest Scam for European countries and Ireland they all should be arrested for illegal activity and scamming people out of money.

Agree, it’s a scam. I did receive my product but it’s nothing like what was advertised and is not fit for purpose. I did email the company a few days ago, I don’t expect to hear back from them now after reading reviews, €100 down the drain

Never received my item, less than helpful responses from the company, ignored EU law and said I could not cancel my item even though it is now nearly two months and I still have not received my order. Have had to go through my bank to get a refund and will have to wait until December for that process to be finished. Do not use this company. Worst online experience I have had.

Deserves no stars. Absolute scam! Cheap crappy product..not as described. Avoid

Ordered orthopedic sliders from them according to description and photo. I have some aready from a different supplier.
What arrived was cheap,small hard uncomfortable sliders. Not as advertised.

Similar to others, my order was never delivered but Ortorex claims I refused the delivery and is demanding I pay an additional €8 for redelivery. I refused and demanded a refund (as is their policy for products that are not delivered within 60 days of the order date. They are now telling me I failed to provide a full address when ordering - of course my address (which they claim is incomplete) is 100% accurate.

These scammers are catching unsuspecting Irish customers by using a ".ie" website address. The company is in fact registered in Latvia. I'm livid at myself for falling for this scam. Hopefully, others will read this review and not fall foul of these pathetic scammers.

Package marked as delivered, but never received. They used "Colis Prive" for delivery which cannot provide a proof of delivery when requested. Ortorex wash their hands clean and take no responsibility for the missing packaged. Checked my neighborhood, and no one was delivered my order either.
I suspect Ortorex to be a complete scam. I would recommend to avoid them at all cost.

Got an electric throw blanket with a weird plug that obviously can't be used in New Zealand

I purchased a pair of safety boots website stated IE Irish website. Cost 49.50..arrived 10 days later in a cheap plastic bag from china..complete scam! Shoes 2 sizes 2 small could not get on my leg cheap hard plastic..wish i looked at reviews first. The told me i had to pay return postage and if i kept them they would refund 70%..now they wont refund me anything. Absolute disgrace! I have to contact my bank over this..

Ordered diabetic socks. The socks were definitely NOT diabetic socks and were useless for me - and I am not diabetic, I simply prefer loose-topped socks.

14.99 Euro totally wasted.

Another scam just like Emma. They use .ie but have no office in Ireland. Atleast got the product unlike Emma mattress.

To return the product the customer has to pay for international tracked parcel delivery to Poland which is a joke. Why would I spend €15 on parcel return fee to recieve my money back. Is there no monitoring of these kind of fraud establishments. Much more expensive electronic companies accept returns without charging customers postage.

This is the second online site I have discovered that is a scam with an Irish address without having an office in Ireland.

Ordered an eye mask for sleeping, €29.99, it arrived in an unmarked bag with no packaging with a Chinese address. Terrible quality. Absolute sc.

This company is a scam company.
You order a product and it takes weeks to be shipped from China.
They portray themselves as an irish company but they are not, cheap rubbishy products, buyer beware.

You can buy the same cheap crap they sell on Temu or other chinese websites at a fraction of the price, so a complete ripoff

Fake chineese company, dont spend a penny!!!! They are not irish, when you ask what is their irish warehouse address is ( i asked more than 15 times), they dont reply.
Scam. Be away.
