Working with Osome is very cumbersome and I do not recommend them at all. The money you save working with Osome will cost you x3-x5 more in time wasted with them given how bad everything else is.

1) They communicate very poorly. They keep using internal jargon yet expect their clients to understand what they are talking about. Their communication is very unclear, across all teams I've worked with.

2) They do not work as one team. Their multiple teams do not speak to each other. You end up having to talk to multiple people, rather than one single account manager and no one takes responsibility for anything. The implication is that I keep having to explain and re-explain everything to all these people.

3) The chat function is slow and cumbersome. They insist on doing everything through chat which takes a lot of time, rather than jumping on a quick call which could simplify everything and take 5 mins.

As a whole, working with Osome is not smooth at all, not hassle-free at all and is a huge time waster.

The worst service ever.

They make mistakes, they offer ridiculous compensations for their mistakes, they are overpriced for what they offer.

I’ve been 3 years with them and I tried my best to understand their point of view. Eventually, I had to leave.

Very good accountancy firm, quick to reply very professional a bit pricey for me thats why i had to switch apart from that all good, was assisnged to an accountant named " Muhammad Alif " one of the greatest in the company hands down always willing to help and explain every question in detail. Tax return fillings was quick and easy no problems at all. 👍🏼

Financial year end reports are not done in-time, delayed for months and still no news. We are about to engage other service provider to do our reporting. I hope Osome team can do better.

I filed To close my business 1 year ago in HK and still no update. I have little to no updates and everytime its the same thing. I have wasted so much time and money. Avoid using them at all costs.

The biggest business I ever made is to appoint Osome as my company secretary. I have serious issues with their apps. I can send messages but I cannot reply to any of the customer service officer.

Literally the worst company to do your accounting.

Took 6 months for them to come back to me after the end of my tax year, then telling me I need to pay for an extension so as not to get fined for late tax submission.

Shockingly bad service, can't fathom how they operate internally but it's a mess.

We've been working with Osome for about a year. They support us with legal and accounting tasks. They consult us when we need them. Osome people are flexible and involved. They do not create obstacles but help us work faster and better. Thank you very much!

They are incompetent and don't know basic financial business.
I had to do everything myself.

- They are even asking me to calculate the product cost while they got all invoices and bills which can be done very easily.

- Having to manually match transactions and invoices myself.
- Lack of thorough checking of payment references and merchant account transactions.

- Time-consuming and frustrating process for the client.

DON'T USE THEM AT ALL AND LOOK FOR ALTERNATIVES EVEN IF YOU DO IT YOURSELF WULD BE BETTER AND SAME EFFORTS WILL DO IT.

Honestly been amazing throughout. They handled everything for me as I have little knowledge in this area.

I closed my business and they were generous and thorough throughout.

Do yourself and your business a favour: do not subscribe! Here you have all the reasons why I am not going to renew my subscription:
- Lack of phone communication, relying only on messages;
- Slow response times to urgent queries;
- Frequent unavailability of assigned accountant;
- Frustration with having to manually match transactions and invoices myself despite having discussed these transactions/invoices with the accountant months before;
- Lack of thorough checking of payment references and merchant account transactions;
- Time-consuming and frustrating process for the client;
- Superficial approach to queries and concerns;
- Although I had paid for my own self-assessment (I wasn't aware this was included in the package) in the months nearing the deadline they did not mention anything about it so I did it myself. I found out it was included weeks later and still not a word from them re this;
- Lack of consideration for client's limited accounting knowledge;
- Feeling of being only partially heard or understood in feedback and inadequate response to feedback from supervisor;
- Having to spend excessive time on tasks that should have been handled by the accountant;
- Partial addressing of feedback in follow-up communications.

Be CAREFUL! This is a scam! They con you into going with their services promising to take care of it all, only for them to ask for more money for services later on (and several times). I asked them to shut down and old company that they managed the accounts for and they gave a fee to handle it all only to then later on ask for a bit more, which I paid and then, they did the same again 3 months later asking for more than £1300. Do NOT use unless you're happy with increasing, hidden, costs!

SCAM! No Response past 3 months. They took the money and no body replies back.
We have filed fraud complaint now .
This company must be shutdown.

Oh the thrill of getting your VAT calculated 90 minutes before you need to pay £99k in tax.
The wonder if having to explain "I don't have unpaid invoices, check again" every quarter.

Be able to argue, that the tax in reality should be £5k, not £25k - and discover that you were indeed RIGHT and the accountants was WRONG.

The accountants querying you why it is that you got a daily payout. Same as every other day.
Not to mention the surprise £3k charge that appears on your account out of nowhere for a period 1.5 years ago.

We set up a company with these guys despite many troubles in communication. Then we found out that they totally abandon you after that. Their customer support is unavailable most of the time, or uses AI/ Chatbots, or staff copy/pasting information from Google when it is available. It isn't just a joke, it's an outright annoyance since you end up with a company created by Osome for which you get no assistance, no guidance, no clarification if they even set it up correctly (we are pretty sure they did not), and now we have the troubling task of shifting the Company Secretary, Accounting & Tax service provider and Nominee Director to another firm. Extremely frustrating.

Have had a great experience with Osome, Steven and the team are very professional and responsive. I would highly recommend.
