No play after you pay
You will pay for company registration with recommendation for a bank. They will send you to a crappy online bank called Airwallex and Airwallex will waste your time. They lose money so often and deletes your company name as payer so payees can't tell who the money comes from. Osome won't help you with a new bank after you pay. Once they take your money, they are gone. To introduce me to a better bank, they are asking for HKD 1200 or else you go find your own banking solution. Other providers do better. Avoid OSOME and Airwallex at all cost!!!

Disappointing Experience with Osome Accounting Software
I regret to say that my experience with Osome accounting software has been incredibly frustrating. After paying £1600, I expected a reliable tool, but I've encountered numerous issues.
Performance: The software is laggy and often unresponsive, making simple tasks feel cumbersome and time-consuming.
Customer Support: Interaction is primarily with chatbots that provide generic answers, leaving me feeling ignored. There's a lack of real human support to address my concerns, which adds to the frustration.
Functionality: The app frequently malfunctions, preventing me from accessing essential information or completing tasks.
Overall, Osome has not met my expectations. I feel let down by the service and support I received and hope improvements are made soon. I dont recommend this to anyone!

They helped me through my process from step one with absolutely everything, from registering the company to the opening business bank account and VAT request.
