Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
I have been mulling over buys from this company. I placed an order, and was excited to receive it. The order was left outside my house, and was taken. I contacted the CS team and have been told it's my responsibility. Apparently, once the item has been marked as delivered and nothing can be done. I have been told as it's shown as delivered, it falls to the customers responsibility. They have refused to help further. An absolute joke. Do not buy from this company

The umbrellas are of poor quality
I recently bought an umbrella at an enormous cost, given the number of affordable umbrellas available.
I used the product fewer than 10 times. A gentle breeze on a rainy day led to the rods bending; I was in central London, so not in a large open area, by sea/river front, or a bridge where the wind, gusts of wind, may be stronger...
When I raised this with the company, the response was simply tough luck, we're not prepared to help - we can't help with wind...! Or, as was the case, a gentle breeze.
The break did not occur on a day of strong winds, evidence has been shared with the company; nor was it broken by a strong gust of wind, which the company continue to falsely claim. The only time the word 'strong' has been used is by the company to avoid a refund or replacement.
The umbrella broke in a gentle breeze, on a rainy day - an umbrella built (as the company claims) is capable of being used in wind and rain.

As we discussed in our recent email correspondence, it was confirmed that the damage was caused by a gust of wind. To ensure transparency for all our customers, our care instructions explicitly state:
"Our umbrellas are built to protect from winds as well as rain. However, they will not protect from strong gusts. Avoid using your umbrella in heavy winds... Wind damage is not covered by our warranty."
While we understand your frustration, we must adhere to our warranty policy regarding environmental damage. We take great pride in the quality of our products, and we are sorry that on this occasion, the weather conditions exceeded the umbrella's intended use.

Avoid at all costs - poor quality and repeated awful customer service
I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews but I need to warn people so they do not have the poor experience I have had.
Initial order was too small and I went via their company WhatsApp whereby I was spoken to so rudely by a representative who was patronising and unhelpful. I eventually got a ln exchange but was pushed down a 'store credit' route and then when I needed to return one of the two pairs, they tried to force me to have credit rather than a refund.
Throughout the experience the customer service has been shocking.
They shoes may appear a bargain but I would avoid at all costs. Pay a little extra and go into a store or use a different brand sadly.

they left my shoes outside from 3pm i…
they left my shoes outside from 3pm i arrived home from work at 8pm unable to find the delivery as it was left outside next to a dustbin from the delivery photo, now i have no shoes and no refund stay clear !!! or use click collect
i cannot raise this with the local police, as the state the item are your responsibility until signed for, you left the item outside in a public place, with no security? how can it be my responsibility when i was at work and had no control over the item as it was left outside? you may have delivered it to my dustbin, but when the driver leaves what happens to the security of the items? plus no signature or a neighbours signature?
you have no right to leave an item that i have paid for outside in the street .totally unacceptable.

Additionally, we have noted that you have initiated a chargeback with your bank. We have submitted all evidence of the successful delivery to them for their review. As the matter is now being handled through the bank's formal dispute process, we suggest you continue communications with them moving forward.
Should you wish to investigate this as a theft from your property, we still highly recommend filing a report with the local authorities to support your case.

I found oswin Hyde quite by accident…
I found oswin Hyde quite by accident and I'm so glad I did because the shoes I eventually ordered from them just were so perfect for me and so comfortable to wear but I would say the only issue I have had with them is that because they are leather and a material on the outer front of the shoes the material has started to come away from the leather wheir they join which is such a great shame and currently trying to find a way of doing a careful repair on them is quite difficult.
But would definitely recommend them.
One thing might be handy with this shoe company is if they sold replacement heels so when they wear down you can replace with the same blue heels

Awful
Awful. Sizes didn’t fit to size as per their sizing guide. Returned and asked for a size up, almost a month later I’m still waiting for any kind of response. Numerous chasing calls and texts and nothing solid.
Most recent calls saw the first call hang up on me and the second call to the same person promise an email within 20 mins of the call ending. It’s now 4.5 hours later and still no email.
Possibly the worst show company out there when it comes to customer service. Would love to give a positive review IF the next size up or a refund ever turns up. Not holding my breath though.
Really disappointed.

Disappointing
The tie was excellent, really good quality.
Unfortunately the delivery experience was atrocious, Evri said they would deliver on the Wednesday afternoon between a 2 hour slot.
The delivery wasn't made and I received an email saying that it would now be delivered on Thursday afternoon again in a 2 hour window, the same thing happened, an email saying the delivery would not happen and it would be delivered the following day Friday....it's now 16.50 on the Friday afternoon and im still waiting no email no text nothing awfull customer care
