For the second time, despite requesting a baby tanker a large tanker reversed down our lane, blocking it for over 30 minutes, this meant that our neighbours could not get out and they missed a doctor’s appointment
I understood that drivers carry the standard tank key, but this one did not and my wife had to get out of the shower to get the key for him
This is quite frustrating and if this happens again, I will not be using you for my oil supply

No option on your online ordering form to state a small tanker/4 wheeler needed. Your delivery turned up in normal tank and had to block the main road as he couldn't get into my access road. Perhaps add this option?
