I recently purchased a perfume from Oudh Shop and I’m extremely impressed. The fragrance is absolutely beautiful — rich, elegant, and long-lasting. It has a luxurious feel that immediately lifts your mood and leaves a lasting impression. I’ve received so many compliments every time I wear it. Oudh Shop has truly delivered an amazing product, and I can’t wait to try more from their collection. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates fine perfumes!

I have been waiting for my order since 3 weeks. No confirmation came, no delivery arrived. The number is incorrect. No reply to my emails. I have lost my order. 100% sure it's a scam website.

You took the order and payment then after a couple of weeks told me you where out of stock and refunded me, not a very good way to treat your customers .

Delivered on time , good info about the Oudh fragrances because it’s difficult to know how something will smell so the descriptions are v important. The bottles are lovely , I will continue to buy from this site , the prices are competitive and comparable to the genuine product prices in Dubai etc . Thanks

I ordered online but haven’t received my item till yet

Gave me the wrong oud, Sent multiple messages and still haven’t got back to me to issue a refund. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! will not be ordering from here again

I was given no email confirmation of my item being shipped. Took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did, the wrong product arrived. I have no use for this product and have been trying to contact them religiously regarding a refund / exchange yet I cannot get through to anyone via all customer service routes. Only giving 2 stars because something actually arrived

There should be an option for zero stars. I ordered and never received my items. Currently under dispute with my PayPal. After 2 weeks of ordering they sent me a fake tracking number that didn’t even work. Don’t waste your money.

Firstly.

Ordered EXPRESS DELIVERY (1-2 working days) and paid £6.49, but got sent ROYAL MAIL 2ND CLASS *FREE DELIVERY* and arrived on the 4th working day after dispatch, which took 2 days! Lol they "put a note" on my order saying it was dispatched by *Royal Mail 2nd class*, and at the bottom of my order details in the same email it says "express delivery - £6.49" what joke.

Secondly.

Ordered 2 items, one was correct, and the other was the completely wrong item. THE WRONG PERFUME THEY SENT ME ISN'T EVEN ON THEIR WEBSITE!! And... the correct perfume they *should* have sent me is IN STOCK! Leading me to believe they bought the wrong item from another shop and sent it to me lol embarrassing.

So.

I got robbed of £6.49 and a perfume I was looking forward to gift my wife for Eid ul Adha that just passed. And it's the wrong perfume. I got robbed of money and sent one wrong item, theft and dishonesty ever prevalent considering the poor performance of this company as of recent. Theft and dishonesty.

Eid Mubarak indeed. This is the last time I order and support this shop.

I should have read the reviews again since I last did a year ago, it never used to be this bad.

Do me a favour everyone, do not order from this company again. If you do, expect the completely wrong item, or not to receive it at all, and don't order it other than with FREE DELIVERY.

I'm giving it 2 stars because it was a blessing having received it at all.

the product itself is absolutley outstanding the oils smell better than my Creed Aventis I have at home the projection is tremendous, Top, and mid and base notes are so sharp and fresh and crisp. I would reccomend the oils to any man who really appreciates fine fragrances but at a fraction of the cost. I

Only downside is that it took about 10 days to arrive.

Haven’t received my order. Have tried to contact them with no response. Wish I’d read the reviews first.
