Oushk fails to take responsibility for bad Wegovy batch.

Normally okay, Oushk sent me a batch of Wegovy that was defrosted. I told them as soon as I received it but was told it was fine. I used it and it had no effect. As an experienced user of Wegovy, I knew this batch was bad or had deteriorated in transit.
Oushk refused to replace batch.
You should not trust Oushk despite being slightly cheaper than elsewhere. It's not worth it in the long run.

Best Weightloss Medication company out there for support and aftercare, delivery and communication

Simply cannot fault the help, advice, service and ongoing aftercare and support my husband and I receive. I used medx and lloyds before moving over to Oushk and the service levels are like night and day. I have been with them for the rest of my plan and now entering the maintenance phase with clear goals. I feel well supported. Hubby started his journey a few months back and has also had the same excellent care levels and service. He was admitted to hospital during his journey (totally unrelated) but the pharmacy team were super helpful in him restarting putting his care and welfare ahead of making a sale.
No complaints here at all.

Reliable, professional service with maintenance plans

I’ve been with Oushk pharmacy for a few months now. I moved over to them due to the positive reviews I had seen. I’m now 3lb away from goal and had a maintenance call with Hira yesterday, to make plans to ensure that I maintain my weight. Not many other pharmacies offer this essential service. Oushk have been fantastic from start to finish. Professional, friendly service. I have recommended them to friends about to start their journeys.

Totally unimpressed with this company.

Totally unimpressed with this company.
I ordered on the 23rd May for delivery on 3rd June.
I got a message on the 31st May asking me to qualify my Gallbladder issues.
This had already been stipulated on my form that I had it removed over 20 years ago!

Since Saturday I have been completely ignored and no reply to any of my messages.

I thought I'd call...after being on hold for 10 minutes I was cut off.

There is no update on my order, it definitely won't be arriving tomorrow and they have full payment.

Horrendous service and I will be doing a bank charge back.

If they can't even ship the order I dread to think what their after care is like.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Was approved in a couple of days my order arrived with no hassle was given updates on the logistics of the order found the experience very easy will definitely be using again.

Awful

Update:Eventually got a response and refund. After refusing delivery and also pursued issue via bank.

Awful. Ordered on 16th. Cancelled on 19th and asked for a refund. They said they wouldn't cancel. Requested cancellation again on 20th.
They ignored me and then advised it was out for delivery 22nd.

I emailed Oushk pharmacy today…

I emailed Oushk pharmacy today regarding an order I placed which is due in couple of days. Now I wasn't expecting an answer straight away as today is a Sunday, not only did I get a response my query was dealt with and order changed I have contacted Oushk a couple of times with questions and have always had a reply pretty much straight away. The customer service for this company is absolutely top notch I would highly recommend them to anyone well done Oushk for looking after ur customers 😀

Was a good pharmacy but has gone downhill with communication, takes weeks to get a reply to any query. Unfortunate. Lots of affiliates giving out advice but I want advice from the pharmacist via email.

Communication is awful

Applied online and took payment straight away but then I didn't qualify for the weight loss injections and offered me a refund. No problem, please refund. No response for days. Have messaged on the online portal and emailed with no one acknowledging any communication. 5 days later, got a response to confirm bank details which I did, and now over a week later, still no refund. Communication is awful just don't respond.

First time with Oushk, late deliveries and wrong information

First time with Oushk, and I probably did have high expectations based on previous reviews. I ordered a prescription a week earlier, with a set delivery date that I paid £7.99 for. The item wasn’t dispatched the day before, although at 9pm I was provided with a non-working Royal Mail tracking number for some reason. The medication never arrived, and when they reached out via email they told me it had been with DPD but the parcel wasn’t tracking. They immediately offered to send another package, which makes me believe that it just hasn’t been sent in the first place; but they didn’t want to admit that. I then asked for it to be sent via Royal Mail so I could track, but they said it would be DPD. I got no tracking number, until 1am on day of delivery which was in fact from Royal Mail. These things happen, and I did get my late delivery. However, it didn’t inspire confidence that they failed to delivery (with a weeks notice), and then gave me incorrect info twice. I also don’t think it’s great that I needed to send multiple emails to make sure my parcel arrived. I’ve seen a lot of reviews talking about superior customer service, and all these additional supports for customers, but that wasn’t my experience and I wouldn’t order again.

I am so very glad I swapped to Oushk **perfect**

I swapped over in February. I had no issues with other suppliers I just wanted to stop having to shop about each month and stabilise with 1 company who I could call on if I needed advice or how to continue properly whilst on Mounjaro.

When I went up from 2.5mg to 5mg last year I was really poorly. (Whilst I know now I am really sensitive to increase dosing so I just have to go up in 1.25mg increments and not 2.5mg) . But when I was so ill I contacted my pharmacist, they 'didn't know anything about Mounjaro or it's side effects' I then contacted my gp, who 'didn't know anything about it or it's side effects' I then called 111 where I was spoke to an out of hours gp who... Yes they 'don't know anything about it or it's side effects' they all advised me to go to a&e.
But before I wasted their time I called them first. I was handed over to a nurse who said she was unsure so she went to get an a&e Dr. I spoke to said Dr and guess what 'they knew very little about it and didn't know much about the side effects' I was advised to go to my gp the following day & be referred to an endocrinologist!
This blew my mind and left me scared as I knew there was no primary or secondary care that seemed to know how to help. I tried speaking with my supplier at the time and they told me to use reddit or fb.

Now I have moved over to Oushk they have a fantastic support. Not only do you have access to video calls should you want them but they are reliable and friendly and any questions are usually answered within the hour when emailed.
I feel comfortable with the mutual trust we have and happy they stick to the guidelines too as many dont.

I now know my monthly orders are taken care of. My weight journey is monitored safely. I have help should I need it and I have the added bonus of the support from their fb group and the fb messenger chat too. Although I wish they would have a general chat group instead of just the maintenence group chat as not everyone wants to open themselves up to a fb group.

My ONLY negative is for some reason their needles seem a little more stabby & owie than others but I bought a box of my own a while back so it is no major stress!
