Cover your back if you return something
Bought a t shirt from this company which was tried on for a mere 30 seconds before returning in the original plastic packaging which they provided. Merchant has claimed there is water damage to the t shirt which looks like it was splashed with water.
I have assured them that when I packaged it, it was in the same condition I received it in so the damage must have occurred in handling.
I have since provided images to prove I sent it back in the same condition that they sent it to me.
They are denying responsibility and refusing to give a refund.

When the t-shirt was returned to us, it was inspected in line with our standard process and was found to have visible marks which mean it cannot be resold as new. We documented this at the point of receipt and shared this with you directly.
We understand your position and the information you’ve provided. However, our assessment is based on the condition of the item when it arrived back with us. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, items can be inspected, but a deduction may be made where handling results in a diminished condition.
As a resolution, we offered a partial refund to reflect this, or to return the item to you.
We always aim to handle returns fairly and consistently, and we’re sorry that on this occasion we haven’t been able to reach an outcome you’re satisfied with. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us directly.

Haven’t heard from them for over a…
Haven’t heard from them for over a week. I’m currently stuck with a faulty COROS watch. They passed the buck on to COROS who confirmed by accident the watch is faulty. I haven’t heard anything from Out & Back since 18th February. I am currently waiting but very frustrated. Unfortunately my upcoming goal races don’t seem to be a priority for them and I haven’t had anywhere near the service described by others.

Hi Kenneth, sorry to hear that you are very frustrated but as we have explained to you, if a product is potentially faulty, we need to reach out to the brand to determine whether it is or not before we can proceed with the returns process if applicable.
You were dealing with COROS' AI bot and we reached out to them, flagged the ticket number provided, and they escalated it to a human member of their customer service team so that you could get to the bottom of the issue.
However, from all of the correspondence you've shared with us between yourself and COROS, they still actually haven't confirmed that there is a fault with your watch and they have asked you to follow the next steps so that they can determine whether there is or not.
Following your email yesterday, we reached out to our contact at COROS once again to escalate the situation and hopefully move it along quicker so that it can get resolved, however, we have not had a reply from them yet.
We also want to note that for your initial order, we provided you with a personal discount code which you could use to purchase the watch as our first order discount when you join the mailing list doesn't apply to COROS products.
As well as that, your order was placed on the evening of January 13th, was shipped on January 14th, and was with you by January 16th, which shows the service described by others below.
In this instance, rather than waiting for COROS, we have provided you with a returns label free of charge to send the product back to us, and we will refund you once we receive it, and resolve the issue with COROS ourselves.

Superb Service
Superb Service! What can I say. I discovered an item online which was on sale at this store. That item, a t shirt seemed to be out of stock everywhere. The service, communication, price and product throughout was outstanding.
This is now one of my favourite stores and I check stock regularly. I will no doubt order from them again in the future.

Spyder Leader Jacket for less than half MSRP. Perfect!
I ordered a Spyder Leader ski jacket from Out&Back - was listed as being in "pristine" condition. It was actually brand new with tags in the original factory bag, probably never tried on. Paid $238 out the door (with return fee) for a jacket that MSRPs for $550. Fast shipping too.

Went into the store today and Frankie gave the best advice and service. First thing time in the shop and found a new brand I really like Bandit!
Had our baby with us and Frankie was incredibly accommodating to my son and wife while I shopped will 100% be back.

Hi Azri, thanks for your feedback and we're glad you received your item safely. For smaller packages that are shipped internationally, they are all sent in a box to protect the products as they pass through the postal system. If we were to double box your order, sadly this would have incurred a higher shipping fee. We will keep this in mind for future and see if there is a better solution.
