I made an order and it said it was in stock then they told me I would have to wait for it and then they rang me again and told me they would have to charge me more for the product so I just asked for a refund. They were polite enough on the phone and easy to contact but when I order something from a well established company I would expect to receive it

Hi Bradley, I am very sorry about this. We had a stocking issue on our site which allowed you to purchase the item even though it was out of stock. Unfortunately the item is no longer coming back into stock as it is discontinued and the new range of Dutch Ovens that are due to arrive unfortunately are more expensive. Nevertheless we are very sorry it had come to this as we always try to keep our system as update to date as possible to make the experience user friendly as possible for our customers. I ordered online and rang the company as one product was in stock in Bray and I needed it in Cork. I spoke with staff at both locations on a couple of occasions and it was sorted out without an issue. Very polite and helpful. No delay in receiving goods.

Only bought because one day delivery was advertised. The link for tracking information forced me to sign up for an app that spams me with promotions and I still have no updates on delivery after a week.

Hi Carrie, I am very sorry to hear about your recent experience. Our standard delivery time with Anpost is 2-3 working days and sometimes with bigger parcels it can take longer. I know you ordered a few things so this is why it probably got delayed that extra day. I can see from the tracking link you received the parcel today. Wrong ordering info
I have ordered tent from your site and paid for it and after a week you have senf me a mail that you can’t deliver the tent Because its to heavy. I have bought tent from other site but that was not tent that I have wanted. You should have told me for the problem before paying the order.
