4 days after storm eowyn, no electricity, ran out of gas cartridges. The only shop that had in stock was Outdoor Adventure Store. Ordered 2 online, delivered by An Post next day to Achill Island. Considering the circumstances I think that's amazing service. Thank you!

Excellent service

Bought a Stanley food flask for work / scout trips and some hand soap leaves for scout trips and festivals. All came well wrapped and with a handy little carrier bag. Postage was a little slow but that's not anything to do with OAS. Good prices and great support Irish companies.

My order went from bray to dublin and back to bray twice. I don't live in either location. Usually there is no problem but this is just so annoying.

Nevis 100 arrived well packed...due to weather there was a delivery delay but the tracking system kept me up to speed on what was happening I will use again thanks

I ordered hiking boots that were listed as 'in stock' on their website + 4 items in relation to the boots (boot wax, socks etc). Turns out they didn't have the boots in stock but accepted payment and sent the, now useless, 4 items. Unfortunately it was too late to recall the 4 items and I still paid full delivery for the partial order, which is extremely frustrating.
That's a bit of a c*ckup but the customer service was very friendly, promptly responded to emails and calls and refunded the price of the boots.

Still... Sending the boot wax without the boots. Idk what to say really apart from 'what!?'.

In the future don't send incomplete orders without asking the customer and update the website so it actually reflects what's in stock.
