Outdoor Lighting Store Opiniones

The unit was delivered promptly but was faulty. I emailed and asked for help. I received suggestions which I carried out but unit still did not work. When I informed Outdoor that the unit still did not work they sent a replacement immediately.

Reasonably priced
Well made product

Fantastic range and excellent value. Easy to order and delivered quickly and as expected. I purchased three coordinated external lights and am delighted with the quality and style. All perfect - happy to use again and recommend!

Fantastic customer service. There was a very slight defect on the outdoor lantern and Outdoor Lightening problem solved offering options enabling me to choose what worked for me. Service was prompt and the quality of the lantern is excellent.

Lovely lights and good price also quick delivery

Order and delivery time so quick! Lamps are great value for the money. The only thing is the grommet and hole are too small to get ring wiring through so had to seal them up instead.

Excellent Service

Brilliant service! Arrived within a few days and the quality is great.

Prompt and careful packaging of my order. All good.

There was an error in the delivery address caused by my self, which resulted in the item purchased being delivered to the person. Outdoors Lighting Store were quick to grasp the problem and resolve, with my items arriving in good time. Very impressed with their customer service which was excellent Would use this company again if I need any outdoor lighting support. Thank

Cheaper than anywhere else and very prompt delivery. The lights look lovely too

The items were delivered on time and followed the delivery instructions. Although not installed yet the product appears to be excellent quality

Resolved a double order error very efficiently and quickly. Lovely customer service lady. Product arrived on time, looks great and due to be installed this week.

Only query was in instructions; it says use protective oil (its a stainless steel outdoor light) but doesn't say which oil or what is best to use???

Goods as described and dispatched promptly. Delivery by Evri took longer than expected and Evri did not provide delivery info in a timely manner.

Excellent product! Easy to install and looks really good in the porch.

I love my new lights. Makes the bathroom look brand new. Such a clean bright white light.
