Scam company

Placed order with Outerr on 23 February. Order was not delivered. Emailed on 9th March, no response. 23 March still no delivery or email response. No contact number to call. Avoid - scam

My coat arrived . Looks nothing like the item and the email address doesn’t match the website . Plus no response about returning the item . No slip inside the purchase . :(

I checked the reviews, unfortunately they were the ones the company guided me to. They advertise as a London based company … this is not true.

Shocking. Chinese scammers perpetrating to be a London company.
Avoid or be ripped off.

i think face book should be keeping a eye on who is advertising on their social media and get them checked out before they post there adverts
my money has gone but i think it will be good thing for social media site and trust pilot to work together to help people in the future i will not buy again until i check out a company as lot rips off going on

Ordered a coat that I want to return, no reply label or invoice, site says 24/7 customer service, no phone number and all emails failed to send or no reply

This company is bad . Do not buy from it . Product is very cheap , no after sales or returns as they seemingly ignore emails . A 1 star review overrates the service . I am a very unhappy customer.

I ordered one jacket when I looked at my bank account they had taken money for two one been large as I ordered and one small.
You can’t get in touch with them it’s a scam please everyone stay away from.

Bought better quality in Tenerife. Looks cheap and fake and has a stupid strip of Velcro on sleeve that is pointless.
Fleecy inside is poor. I wasn’t expecting 100% genuine etc but this is extremely shocking this lot are allowed to trade. 4 emails sent to different addresses and get a bounce back from contact address. £45 down the drain. Don’t use this site as it’s shit. Simples.

Tustpilot Reviews on OUTERR site are a glowing on the Actual Trust Pilot show just 1 all had same problem calling it a scam, I am trying to contact Trust pilot asking how this can be - cannot turst trust pilot now

I bought a jacket and I want to return it because it's small and it has a velcro without stick on the arm. Anyways the size is small but feels like xs. I want to return it and it's impossible. I send emails, messages on Facebook and noone answers back and I can't return it! So disappointed

Placed an order for 2 jackets. Did not receive then.

SCAM of a company..ordered in december..saying item is shipped..false advertising saying london based..and only 2 automated replies to loads of emails and still nothing..DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!

This is an absolute shit show. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE. No communication and no return address given when requested. Poor quality item. Will be reporting and contacting my bank for assistance. Not a happy customer - definitely would NOT recommend.

FAKE GOODS, ordered some Gant Tops, for £80, which when they arrived are most obviously fakes. ANOTHER scam business operating on Facebook.

Very, very poor quality garment. Nothing like you see on the website. Please save your money and stay clear of this site.
